A feeling of warmth, comfort, and coziness… for this studio located on the 2nd floor of the “Les Dunes de Nauzan” residence!

It features an entrance with a closet, a main living area with a sofa bed (clic-clac) and a flat-screen TV, opening onto a balcony with a partial sea view. The recently renovated kitchen corner includes a stove with a vitroceramic hob and electric oven, an extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, and a fridge with freezer compartment.

A sleeping alcove with a 140 cm bed, separated by a curtain, and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the space.

Relax on the balcony with a refreshing drink and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!

For your convenience, the apartment includes a private parking space.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
