There are 4 bedrooms included in this listing.

Master bedroom:
King size regular bed, do not open pull out couch. Sleeps up to 2 adults.

Bedroom 2:
King size regular bed and portable mattresses in closet, do not open pull out couch. Sleeps up to 2 adults.

Bedroom 3:
Queen size regular bed. Sleeps up to 2 adults.

Bedroom 4:
Queen size regular bed and portable mattresses in closet do not open pull out couch. Sleeps up to 2 adults.

Living room:
Full size day bed with tuck under trundle bed and one regular couch. Sleeps up to 5 adults.

2 queen size foldable foam portable mattresses in closet that sleep 4, with sheets and pillows.

This is a beautiful but unique and eccentric home, decorated with local artist work and furnished by the non-profit PEL, one of our favorite non profits. If you prefer simple, brand new, ultra modern spaces, this may not be the property for you.

Pool:
Gorgeous salt water and heated in ground pool (pool cage lost due to hurricane Ian). Pool is heated and set to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, if you’d like it warmer please msg me at least a month ahead of your stay. Increasing temperature will cost more, msg me for pricing.

Not responsible for weather or unseasonably cold winters.

There is no BBQ grill on the property. If you provide your own grill, it must be used only on grass away from any buildings, trees, fences or other structures and not on the pool deck.

We make every effort to provide our guests with an excellent stay, therefore the pool is routinely tested, treated and cleaned.

By choosing to book this home, you accept that: If the pool fails weekly safety testing - it may be temporarily closed for maintenance. The pool is available roughly for 99% of guests but not guaranteed for this reason.

If you absolutely must have a pool, you may want to consider a hotel who has on site engineers and maintenance staff. This location has neither.

Ask about adding one of our extra rooms for an additional fee. Sorry, you can’t access these units unless you pay for them at least a month upfront.

The game and bunk room:
Sleeps 7 and has a ping pong table.

Children:
Being a parent of 8 kids myself I’m always surprised when children are left unsupervised while on family vacations.

This is a home easily damaged by an unsupervised child who wouldn’t know better. I’ve had grill fires, broken appliances, electrical shorts etc from guests children. If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, it will be your responsibility to replace or repair it.

This home is not child proof, you are expected to keep a very close eye on your children and not leave them unsupervised.

1. Make sure they’re not in the pool area unsupervised. Keep pool doors locked when an adult is not present.

2. Be careful with cleaning chemicals in garage, kitchen or other areas of the house. This house is not child proof.

3. Small children must be kept away from outlets, appliances or the WiFi extenders. Do not let them press buttons on appliances or tamper with electronics.

4. Do not leave children unattended in any area of the property under any circumstances!

Service Providers:

I have regularly weekly service providers for pests, home cleaning, repairs, lawn or pool care. They have my express permission and full access to the property for regular service.

If a service provider requires access to the interior, I will always coordinate with you unless it’s an emergency.

At no time should you provide anyone access to the interior of the house if you have not received confirmation and instructions from me. Feel free to communicate with me to confirm their identity if someone requests to enter the property during your stay for any reason.

Great choice for family of 5 or more

This house met all our expectations and needs - large bedrooms for all family members, large dining area, and heated pool with pool toys for kids to play with. Fairly close distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was exactly how it was described in the property information. The host was helpful and quick to respond to every question we had.We enjoyed our stay.

The property needs some TLC. Great family home. We had an awesome time there. Needs some fine tuning and a deeper cleaning for our needs. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

40th Birthday Celebration

We had a group of friends and family get together to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The house was amazing and we had so much room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the pool table so much. We were all able to make memories together that will last a lifetime. I recommend this house to anyone. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the host communicates well with you. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate a big group then this is your place. You won’t be disappointed.

Ladies weekend

This was a great house for 10 ladies, the extra bedroom upstairs was not used because the ac was not working when we checked in. I contacted the host and he kindly got back to me, we had already worked out the sleeping arrangements so we didn’t even use this room cause there is not a bathroom up there. I feel the house could use a deep cleaning, especially the kitchen, and the coffee pot and pans to cook with need to be replaced. Overall we had a great stay

Great house, great location

This house was perfect for our group of 5 families whose kids were in a tournament at IMG Academy. It was a very quick drive there each day. Everything is very convenient to the location of the house. Stores close by, a few walkable restaurants and also extremely close to the airport. The house was very close to what was pictured in the listing photos and a unique design. Bedrooms were spacious. We added on the 2 upstairs rooms as well. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. The owner was very quick and helpful with questions we had before and during our stay. The furniture is very comfortable. I can't speak for the pull out couches since we did not sleep on them but the beds were good. The atrium area provided entertainment for the group with the pool table, poker table and board games The pool was clean and the water was plenty warm enough for us to use daily. We really did enjoy our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back in the area.

We booked this property specifically because of the HEATED saltwater pool that was hi-lighted in the description. From the time we checked in on Friday until we checked out on Tuesday morning the pool water was never above 64 degrees. The property owner did order repairs but it was too little too late for our stay. When I requested a partial refund as compensation he said that the pool availability was not guaranteed. We did not get what we paid for.

Excellent Facility

We had an amazing time at this home. Grateful for the memories created. I was unable to enjoy the pool nor the beach due to a surgery but the family did. This house is so spacious and well equipped. You feel at peace. The decor is beautiful and entertaining. Each room has its own vibe, and still all comes together giving you a sense of belonging. The pool area is big with plenty of choices as where to sit to mingle and rest. Beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Kids, teenagers and adults enjoyed the pool table and the patio area with games. We also were able to sit in the living room with the tv. My mom and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen area, cooking for 18, there’s a variety of pots, utensils, pans etc. Being able to sit everyone in the eating area was fantastic and heartwarming. Mr. Seaton was quick to respond and attentive to some of my questions and suggestions. Bottom line. You won’t regret renting this place!

Keep looking, there's tons of options around here!

After a 20+ hour drive (planned around a 5pm check in) we had to wait 2+ hours to get in. Kept getting messages "don't come to property until I give all clear" Then calls to make sure I wasn't there. I didn't receive access codes to enter until 2+ hours after the 5pm check in. I was told this was due to a late check out, extra dirty/difficult guests. Then the cleaners. Once they gave the "all clear" It was due to a damaged toilet. Then back to cleaners again. Once I did gain access, the house was FILTHY! Unswept, un-vacuumed, un-dusted. My sheets had fresh melted chocolate (bottom and top sheet together) I had to scrub what I hope was some sort of alcohol or juice from by, under AND around a pullout couch in my child's room. All the pull out sofas were open (I presume to show all sleeping accomodations) but we're not clean. Not even given a thought. Everything is old, outdated, weathered or broken. Everything. Not sure the owner really knows what's happening here. I imagine he likes his house a whole lot so I guarantee it's been quite awhile since he's seen it. I also kept getting messages about rules for colored garbage cans that didn't exist and times that weren't correct. (Connected to fines/fees if not followed?) Parking rules changed 3 times. First it was 4 cars, no driveway, don't block garage. Then 6 cars, park in yard and drive- no front yard, neighbor, street, sidewalk. Then 4 cars driveway, no grass. (Plus the number of people the house hosts versus car ratio is unrealistic) Then the grill was gone (due to previous grease fire) but we weren't informed until we noticed it wasn't there. (He changed the part about grill in VRBO Ad after we arrived...in one portion) It wasn't fresh, you could tell. I feel like EVERY guest gets told that last guests are late to leave, extra problematic, extra dirty, yada yada yada...and really it's just bad business. Anyway, it it was it is. All in all it was a descent size space to spread out and hang. (We paid to have the whole place, ALL the rooms) And we certainly made the best of it. The home definitely had/has potential but not worth the money, anxiety or headache in my opinion. From a frequent VRBO renter just know there is plenty in the area and I'd suggest to keep looking.

Doubled booked

I rented this home in January for May 28th Memorial weekend. I had to pay in full in January. On May 28th late afternoon I requested the key. Check in was 5:00 PM this was 6:30 At 6:38 I received a message stating he cancelled my trip. I then received a note saying my money was being refunded. All my quests were packed and ready to go. It was a special party for my granddaughter’s graduation. I booked this home before Feb 1st. Added the room in late a May which he gladly accepted. He then wrote telling me that the previous guest had COVID so he could not rent it. After crying for the night I felt in my heart that this was not true. I drove down the next day, only to find a few families having a great time. The home had been doubled booked on VRBO and another site. I have rented from VRBO in the past and had wonderful experiences. I also have a place booked in July. I recommend that you do not use this person if you don’t want to possibly have he same experience we did. This ruined our weekend, cost us money to rent motels and we had to change our entire experience for the weekend.

Huge house!

This house was more than my group or I imagined. It had a lot of different places to socialize, and an incredible kitchen great for cooking for large groups. (: Everything was super clean. ALSO - Matthew was great to “work” with - very responsive!!

What makes this property unique

You will not find a larger home for your family vacation! A game room is available as are 7 bedrooms. A huge two story atrium with open air screening houses a poker table, an assortment of games and a pool table! Upstairs, add on the game room with ping pong and fooseball. Everybody will love the 40 foot saltwater pool and huge lanai complete with eating area, lounge area and a grill! Indoor/outdoor living on the 18th hole of a private golf course in beautiful Sarasota! Best beaches in the world surround this home. From Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island just 10 miles each away. Take the architectural wonder, the Sunshine Skyway Bride and you're only 30 miles from the popular Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach to the north. Thirty miles from the black sand beaches of Venice to the South. Shop the upscale shops at St. Armands Circle. Ask to rent our 3 kayaks and float down mangrove tunnels. Others can take a day trip up to Crystal River and swim with the manatees! Tampa is 60 miles away and full of culture like a chance to visit Ybor City or the world famous Dali Museum. There is never a reason for anyone to be bored in this gorgeous home in the heart of one of the most beautiful locations in the world.
