Such a lovely house!

We had the most lovely time in La Flotte. The house is beautifully presented and spacious. It was very clean and tidy. The concierge was responsive to our questions. We would definitely visit again.

Excellent location. The property was perfect for what we needed with good facilities in the Kitchen and Bathroom. The bedrooms were perfect for us but guests should be aware that 1 of the double bedrooms is a shared space with the twin bedroom and although there is a dividing wall to offer privacy the wall does not join up with the celing to offer complete privacy.The property was clean and presentable throughout. Checkin was easy with the prearranged linen waiting for us on arrival and the owners were very responsive with all our messages. I thought the 'parking available' was misleading. To be clear there is no reserved parking at the property and although I notice there is now more information about this under the details for this property, this was not clear when we made the booking. The spaces near to the house were occupied and we had to park in the pay and display car park down the road. You have to pay between 9am - 7pm and then it is free over night. We had my elderly mother with us so parking was important, however I would like to stress the public car park is walking distance from the house and in no way affected the enjoyment of our stay.

Maison bien située cependant trop d'inconvénients 4 verres pour 6 seule une grande poêle va sur la plaque de cuisson très grosse fuite au niveau de la douche à l'étage car le sifflon est complètement bouché et celle ci s'écoule en bas dans le salon directement dans le lustre très très dangereux Pas de lumière dans la salle à manger lustre sans ampoule peut être dû à la fuite ???? Télévision dans une chambre juste pour la décoration sans prise ni câble et 2 petits lits où vous dormez sur 5 cm de matelas sur les ferrailles nuits impossibles pour 2 adultes À revoir les alèses qui reste très sales ainsi qu'un rideau de chambre mis au plafond rempli de poussière Dommage de ce manque d'entretien pour le prix payé

Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits mais l'appartement était superbe (comme sur les photos), très moderne et neuf, et la communication avec les proprietaires très fluide. On recommande chaleureusement !
