Welcome to my home!

Despite this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, It is more confortable for 4.

The living room is furnished with a sofabed, a flat-screen TV, and wifi for you to relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cooking utensils and cutlery you will need to prepare a delicious meal, including a microwave, refrigerator and oven.

The 2 bedrooms contain comfortable king-size beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has what you will need to cool off such as a shower, toilet and sink. Clean towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience

The apartment is always cleaned and disinfected by professionals for your health and safety.

The neighborhood is absolutely grandiose. To tell the truth, it's even my favorite! The marsh is a clever mix of past and modernity… a trendy and historic district reminiscent of the Parisian past and whose streets are appreciated for their beauty and charm. There are more cool little bars than great restaurants than needed! Once you have passed the doors of the building, you will be able to appreciate the Marais and its old streets, its new stores and its trendy restaurants.

The apartment is easily accessible by car or public transport.

Please note that: This is a self-check-in property; you will have to go to a store located 4 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the facility. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Da evitare

Ingresso pericolosissimo causa tromba della scala con lavori assolutamente non a norme con misure minime di sicurezza. Ingresso palazzo male onorante così come il bagno. Spazi angusti e poco puliti. La luce entra da tutte le.stanze in quanto non vi sono tapparelle e le tende non filtrano né le luci notturne né tanto meno le prime luci del mattino. Sconsiglio vivamente soprattutto in relazione al prezzo.

Bon séjour pour nous, bon prix, bon emplacement merci

pour la propreté tout allait bien sauf poils de chien sur le tapis!! pas facile de trouver l'épicerie pour trouver les clefs. Il y a beaucoup d'intermédiaires qui ne semble pas vraiment concerné par la location j'ai clairement ressenti que pour eux c'est une option (épicier, la dame de ménage qui était encore là quand nous sommes arrivés et qui a fait semblant de téléphoner pour même pas nous dire bonjour!! et un monsieur à l'accueil du 67 rue Chabrol qui a été plus que désagréable!! un gros Merci à la personne qui m'a répondu au 0756797485pour un nounours oublié, avec patience, respect et disponibilité. Si vous pouviez me renvoyer ce nounours 8 rue du mont vaudois 90800 urcerey je vous renverrai les frais de port et vous ferai d'avantage de pub!!!!
