This much-desired marina ocean view unit has great unobstructed views of the ocean and marina. You can enjoy this breathtaking view on the 120 s.f. Lanai, which has a table and chairs for meals or rest. Unit features Pergo, travertine floors throughout the unit, and split air conditioning system. The open kitchen comes with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, rice cooker, and all the items you need to prepare meals. Also has all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils in the full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, etc. The bedroom area has two Simmons double beds and full closets and so plenty of space for your luggage during your stay. The living area has a sofa bed and a large 50" flat-screen TV, so you never have to miss your favorite shows or sporting events. Another great advantage for this unit is its' shower/tub combo that many families want for bathing the children. Also, the blackout curtains for those afternoon naps are a bonus.

The large 120sf lanai has a table and chairs for that perfect lunch and/or dinner while gazing at the most beautiful sunset in the world.

*There is an ongoing project at the building for spalling repairs and painting. This stack is scheduled to be repaired sometime between Apr 13, 2026 - Jul 20, 2026. This may affect usage of the lanai and result in construction noise during the day between 9 am-5 pm (sometimes as early as 8 am for weather)

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All garbage should be removed and placed in the trash room located next to the elevators.
There will be a $5 fee for any broken or missing glass, plates, or towels. If you do break something, please just leave a note with $5 for the cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The location of the condo was excellent. It was in a great building and close to many dining and activity options. Although the interior was dated, everything was very clean and working. The dishwasher was a huge plus and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates, silverware, and gadgets that you could need on vacation. There was also a detailed book that went through how everything works.

The stay was great. The host was very kind and helpful but the condo was a little outdated and dirty. Checking into the room it smelled a little like mold but quickly dissipated after airing out the condo. I think the smell was coming from the dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious for 5 people and the parking worked out well. There are 1 per hour parking spots by the lagoon, free parking until 10:30 PM or paid parking lots around the condo. We were able to park in the 1 parking spots 4 days out of the 6. It’s in the middle of Waikiki so everything was walkable distance. I do recommend staying here. It was a great first trip to Hawaii. Side note: we did laundry on the facility but the laundry soap dispensing machine DOES NOT work and had to purchase laundry detergent at the general store in the hotel.

It is a great location if you are running the marathon. Very close to the start line. Amenities are not as stated…bath towels,toilet paper,paper towels were not the stated amounts. View was good.

Very clean place overlooking the harbor/ocean. Beautiful grounds and great location to everything. Just a short walk to great beaches. Had all the amenities we needed and check in/out process was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again?

We really enjoyed our stay. My favorite part of the rental was relaxing in the balcony with a beautiful view of the marina and the sound of island music playing downstairs. The beds were a little dated but I didn't mind it so much.

Good location at reasonable price. Very close to all Waikiki attractions, next to lagoon and Friday fireworks.No parking included but we were able to find nearby overnight parking per instructions from the owner.
