Sumptuous chalet with mountain furnishings and decorations. The chalet is located in a very quiet area with a beautiful view of the mountains and opposite the ski jump in Gérardmer.

The chalet is located in a very quiet environment with a beautiful view of the mountains and facing the ski jump of Gérardmer.

Just 2 km from the ski slopes, the lake and the centre of Gérardmer, you will be ideally located in this very attractive town in all seasons.

From the double car park, you will access the staircase which will lead you straight to the entrance of the chalet on the ground floor.

A beautiful and bright living room awaits you. This space has :

a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, crockery...) and its central island. You have direct access to the terrace where you can relax on the woven garden furniture, or enjoy a barbecue directly at the garden table,

a dining room with a table and a buffet,

a mountain lounge with a sofa and a hanging TV. From here you can step out onto the balcony, enjoy the view and join the terrace,

an office area.

You can enjoy a raclette by the wood-burning stove in the centre of the room!

The visit continues on the garden level with :

1 bedroom with a double bed, a TV and a shower room with a basin and a shower,

1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined together), a TV and a bathroom with a basin and a shower,

a 3rd bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a washbasin and a whirlpool bathtub to relax, access to a second terrace facing SOUTH,

a WC and its hand-washer,

A washing machine under the stairs.

For your organization, each room has storage space. A baby bed is available for the little ones.

For your peace of mind, bed linen, towels and tableware are provided.

The house had everything you could want except the beds, in all 3 bedrooms were horrible. One bedroom lacked a closet but that could be lived with.

Lage schön, Abwicklung/Service mangelhaft

Der Wohn- und Küchenbereich war sehr schön. In der Beschreibung waren 2 Bäder, es war in jedem Zimmer zwar ein Waschbecken und Dusche/Badewanne, aber für alle nur ein WC. Der untere Balkon war nicht nutzbar, da der einzige Zugang defekt war, deshalb hatte dieses Schlafzimmer auch kein Fenster/Tür zum öffnen. Es war letztlich nicht klar, wer Vermieter/Agentur ist. Trotz 190€ für Endreinigung hat man von uns verlangt, die Betten abzuziehen, das Geschirr aus der Spülmaschine (bei 3 h Laufzeit der Maschine und angeblicher Abreise 10.30 Uhr/ bei Fewo stand 11.00 Uhr) auszuräumen, einschl. Reinigung des Schwedenofens - den der Typ bei der Übergabe angefeuert hatte. Eine Beschwerde hatte keinen Erfolg, auch keine weitere Rückmeldung. Die Lage war herrlich, ruhig und direkt am Wald.
