Eine wundervolle Unterkunft, die keine WĂŒnsche offen lĂ€sst. Insbesondere die KĂŒche mit allen notwendigen und darĂŒber hinaus gehenden Utensilien ist ein Traum. Bei schlechtem Wetter rettet die Möglichkeit, den Pool des angrenzenden Hotels mit nutzen zu können, die Laune der kleineren Mitreisenden.Der Empfang und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war herzlich. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

TrÚs bon séjour à Gérardmer

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement de Claude pour passer a "white Christmas". L'appartement est trÚs bien, localisation, proche du centre ville et du lac, trÚs bien équipé et trÚs grand! On a eu de la chance et nous avons eu de la neige pendant notre séjour, c'était magique!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit unserer Familie. Die Unterkunft ist gerĂ€umig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Innenstadt und der See sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußlĂ€ufig. Die Unterkunft war angemessen sauber. Die Schlafzimmer gehen direkt zu einer Hauptverkehrsstraße raus. Die Terrasse geht auf einen Parkplatz raus.

Nous avons adorĂ©. TrĂšs bien situĂ©, calme, spacieux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Literie confortable, salon, sĂ©jour, cuisine et terrasse agrĂ©ables. Chaque dĂ©tail est rĂ©flĂ©chi, on se sent bien et les diffĂ©rents Ă©quipements sont de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La piscine accessible dans l'arriĂšre cour est trĂšs propre et bien chauffĂ©e, c'est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Merci pour cette jolie maison oĂč l'on a passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs reposant.

Die Vermieterin ist super nett und zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mehr als gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt inklusive KĂŒchenausstattung, Kinderspielzeug, DVDs und CDs, wirklich alles! Wir werden wieder kommen! :)

LOGEMENT TRES SALE

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait (proximitĂ© du lac, des commerces etc...), l'agencement du l'appartement est trĂšs bien et fonctionnelle, avec une grande terrasse et place de parking. L'acces Ă  la piscine de l'hotel est bien et la piscine trĂšs bien et trĂšs chaleureuse. Gros point nĂ©gatif, la propretĂ© de l'appartement : on a l'habitude de voyager et c'est la premiĂšre fois que nous dĂ©couvrons un lieu oĂč l'Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral de propretĂ© Ă©tait horrible (grosse tĂąche de sang sur l'oreiller,cheveux ainsi que traces sur le matelas, matelas pour bĂ©bĂ© infecte cuisine trĂšs salle, encore de la nourriture sur les poĂȘle (Ă  vomir), des miettes dans les tiroirs, la brosse Ă  wc encore pleine d'excrĂ©ment, le plan de travail sale donc tout cela est fortement dĂ©sagrĂ©able) de plus le grille pain trĂšs sale, la machine Ă  cafĂ© aucune dosette mise Ă  disposition, rien dans le frigo (on demandais juste le minimum du minimun, le reste bien sur on aurait achetĂ©) un seul sachet poubelle. Communication avec la propriĂ©taire : ayant signalĂ© le problĂšme d'insalubritĂ©, la fille de la propriĂ©taire en a pris note, mais rien a Ă©tĂ© fait pour autant pour corriger cela, donc encore une fois déçu. Nous avons Ă©courtĂ© notre sĂ©jour d'une demi journĂ©e, car ce problĂšme de propretĂ© nous gĂȘnait vraiment. en espĂ©rant que cette critique leur soir constructive car le lieu a un fort potentiel et en vaut vraiment la peine.

Grand appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons louĂ© l'appartement le weekend prolongĂ© de l'ascension pour 5 personnes (2 adultes, 2 ados, 1 enfant). Il est extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© (5 minutes du lac, du cente ville). Accueil bien organisĂ© et agrĂ©able de la part de mme Jeanselme et de StĂ©phanie. Un petit cadeau Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, merci :) La cuisine est grande et trĂšs fonctionnelle. Grande piĂšce Ă  vivre spacieuse et lumineuse. nous avons utilisĂ©s les chambres 1 et 2: lits confortables (2 oreillers par personne :) ). La fenĂȘtre de la chambre 2 donne directement sur le trottoir, nous avons donc laissĂ© le volet fermĂ©. Nous n’avons pas utilisĂ© la troisiĂšme chambre, assez petite. Si vous partez entre adulte, on peut se sentir Ă  l'Ă©troit dans les lits superposĂ©s (grands gabarits). Nous n'avons pas ressenti la gĂȘne du trafic mentionnĂ© dans certains commentaires (lĂšve tĂŽt) mais il y en a un peu. Nous n'avons pas profitĂ© de la piscine car les horaires ne correspondaient pas avec notre prĂ©sence. J'avoue qu'un petit plongeon en rentrant de randonnĂ©e aurait Ă©tĂ© sympa. Petit bĂ©mol: pb de rĂ©seau ,wifi inexistant, ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnant pour les personnes qui doivent travailler; mme Jeanselme est sur le coup pour rĂ©gler le souci. En rĂ©sumĂ©, location spacieuse et fonctionnelle, vraiment bien situĂ©e. A tester.

SĂ©jour vacance hiver

Nous avons passée un super séjour, la location est trÚs spacieuse et trÚs bien située on peux se déplacer à pied sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture et cest top . Contrairement au commentaire Je trouve que le bruit est normal pour un centre ville. TrÚs bon séjour je recommande cette location pour découvrir Gerardmer .

Alles perfekt, Wetter leider mies.

Gelungener Urlaub, mit Hund keinerlei Probleme. Liegt im Zentrum von GĂ©radmer. Einkaufen und Essen gehen kein Problem. Objekt wird komplett renoviert nach Wasserschaden

Agréable et bien placé
