Chalet on 3 levels ended early 2019.
You will arrive by the ground floor where you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms with sliding wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath) and a toilet.
On the 1st floor you will find a large living room of 55 m2 with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, dishes, raclette, fondue, griddle ...), the large oak table can accommodate 14 people. The living area is composed of 2 sofa, a flat screen TV 120 cm and pellet stove. From this floor, you will have access to the balcony and terrace with mountain views.
On the mezzanine floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bed, another room with a sofa bed, babyfoot Bonzini and a 2nd toilet

Everything is designed and practical for having a good time with family or friends, from week end to week.

Super place to stay with friends

We passed new years weekend at this place and it was amazing. The house looks better than in the pictures and the equipment is outstanding. It was very clean, everything worked fine and the owner was kind. The only negative points would be that you have to pay for the bedsheets and towels (8€/person) and this isn't marked in the description. And the beds are incredibly hard.

Bon séjour dans ce chalet à Gérardmer, tres bon rapport qualité-prix. La pièce de vie est grande et agréable, et la terrasse est un vrai plus. Idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Il est idéalement situé et offre une vue magnifique, ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit point négatif : la qualité de la literie, qui pourrait être améliorée pour un confort optimal. En revanche, l’hôte a été très réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und auch für größere Gruppen (in unserem Fall die Familie mit 11 Personen) gut ausgestattet. Sie ist insgesamt auch sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet.Einzige Einschränkung: Aufgrund der nicht gesicherten Treppen ist sie für einen Aufenthalt mit Krabbelkind nur bedingt zu empfehlen.Wir würden dennoch jederzeit wiederkommen!

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten das Haus für zehn Tage gemietet und hatten eine gute Zeit dort. Wir waren acht Erwachsene und vier Kinder im Alter von 3-6 Jahren. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, nach Gerardmer muss man halt das Auto nehmen. Das Außengelände war für uns und die kleinen Kinder ausreichend. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und auch große Töpfe. Etwas ungünstig war für uns die Aufteilung der Zimmer. Man sollte wissen, dass das fünfte Zimmer eigentlich kein Zimmer ist, sondern lediglich eine Schlafcouch, die auf der Galerie steht. Ebenso sollte man wissen, dass das eine Bad nur durch eines der Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist, was für eine größere Gruppe etwas unpraktisch ist. Das ist alles bei einem Kurzurlaub kein Problem. Bei einem längeren Urlaub, würde man sich jedoch in manchen Dingen etwas mehr Komfort wünschen.

Grand chalet très confortable

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans le chalet. Nous n’étions que 6 personnes mais il est vraiment conçu pour accueillir 10 personnes très confortablement. La localisation, au calme mais tout près de Gerardmer, est idéale. Le chalet est très bien isolé (nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur malgré la température très élevée). La vue sur la montagne est très belle, et les grandes fenêtres et la terrasse permettent d’en profiter. L’extérieur est agréable, avec une végétation bien entretenue, une grande table sur la terrasse, et 2 chambres en accès direct sur le petit jardin. La cuisine est bien équipée, et très fonctionnelle. La literie est très confortable. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location (sauf aux personnes pour qui les escaliers sont un problème: il y a des escaliers extérieurs pour accéder au chalet, et des escaliers intérieur pour accéder à l’étage principal) Merci à Jean-Hugues pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😀
