Very beautiful chalet classified 4 stars by the tourist office: Very beautiful views of lake and mountain, Wellness area Sauna, Balneo bath, Sensory shower, 3 recent bathrooms, very large terrace (60 m2) and long balcony with full lake view, sunny exposure. 500m from the Alpine and Nordic ski area. Fireplace, cozy atmosphere, free Wi-Fi access, recent fitted fitted kitchen, barbecue, raclette, pierrade, fondue and large plot. Closed, secure private shelter of 8 m2 for various storage (motorbike, bicycle, ski, wood, thumbs up ...) - Many services (end of stay cleaning, wood supply, linen rental, personalized welcome, animal acceptance).

The chalet is rented without charges. Water and electricity consumption are payable at the end of the stay (around 12 euros / week / person)
Personal expenses and consumption:


We offer options such as end-of-stay cleaning, supply of wood for the fireplace, hire of sheets and towels, access to the wellness room. The rates for each service are mentioned in the contract which will be sent to you and do not exceed 80 euros.

A deposit of 400 euros is requested at the entrance to the chalet and is returned on the day of departure after inventory and inventory.

Great area, great views

Great views of the lake, nice big terrace, convenient access to restaurants and shops in town. Comfortable cottage with most amenities you'd find at home. One small thing if you have children that the internet is really slow, probably because of limited options in that area but there are board games provided to help out.

The wifi has been working very well for more than 10 years, but for the last few weeks the signal has been weaker, which is the fault of the city, which has been carrying out works. Spacious and luxury property with amazing views from every angle. We spent three nights here and it was simply not long enough to appreciate everything the chalet has to offer. Due to the hot and sunny weather, our time was mainly spent outdoors cooking and dining on the balcony and then watching the sun go down. Inside, the chalet is modern, comfortable and clean and equipped with just about everything needed for a holiday. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Great Chalet! Great Basecamp!

Personal handover of facility. Nespresso on terrace with view over the lake. Sauna with flush and rainshower. Raclette, fondue and hot stone for local cheese evening events. Sporty training for morning baguette to reclimb the hill back from the city. Walking the hills around. Excursions to Alsace and its cultural, touristic and vinology treasures.

Le chalet se situe sur le coteau à proximité des pistes de skis alpin , cette pente naturelle lui confère cette situation exceptionnelle pour bénéficier de cette vue unique sur le lac et les montagnes . Les départs pour des randonnées se situent à moins de 500 m du chalet et il en existe de nombreux sans avoir à remonter la pente, il faut emprunter la rue en face, il y a des cartes pédestres au chalet

In dem Chalet haben wir wunderschöne Tage erlebt. Dann ereilte uns ein Schicksalsschlag. Die Gemeinde Geradmere hat uns dabei komplett im Stich gelassen. Aber Michele und Sebastian haben uns bei allem unterstützt und waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Nochmal vielen, vielen Dank Euch zwei. Wir würden das Chalet jederzeit weiterempfehlen, es war alles perfekt dort.

Fint ophold og dejligt hus. Eneste udfordring var vedkommende der modtog en kun kunne fransk, men det blev løst med whatsapp og google translate. Var dog lidt info vi missede af den grund om bl.a. skrald og hvor det skulle hen.

Hello, The chalet is systematically cleaned and thoroughly cleaned, covering all rooms after each change of tenant, lasting approximately 4 hours minimum per cleaning. Moreover, our tenants are always very happy, and we have many loyal, returning guests. However, perhaps there was a lapse upon your arrival, which in our opinion could only be an exceptional error due to one or two minor details. Therefore, following your report, we took care to conduct a check and do an additional cleaning. If there was a lapse for you, which we regret, it could only have been exceptional, and rest assured that we are paying close attention to this point.

Perfekter Ort zum Durchatmen!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Gerardmer und mussten feststellen, dass wir den besten Standort mit dem Haus gefunden haben. Das Haus liegt unterhalb der Skipisten (ideal zum Wandern), mit Blick über den See. Auf der riesigen Terrasse konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Très belle région et très belle météo pour un début mars. On a pu skier; ballades dans les montagnes eneigées, visites de monuments et villes. Chalet très bien équipé et bien situé. Nous recommandons.

Superbe

La localisation parfaite, le chalet douillet et confortable, la qualité de la literie et des draps, une équipement de la cuisine incroyable en font un endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes! La vue est sublime, la terrasse immense et a meme pu accueillir notre bonhomme de neige car la neige s est invitée pour notre grand bonheur. Communication très facile avec Sébastien et bon accueil par Michèle.seul petit bémol: le feu ouvert manque un peu de tirage. C est un endroit à recommander ou nous reviendrons avec plaisir et même en été!

Concernant la cheminée , j’ai fait un examen aujourd’hui et effectivement il y avait un problème à cause du ramoneur assermenté qui lors de son intervention a obturé l’arrivée d’air frais . Le problème est résolu et la cheminée fonctionne dorénavant très bien . Je suis désolé que vous ayez eu ce désagrément aussi si vous revenez à Gérardmer au chalet pour un prochain séjour , je vous ferai une surprise pour compenser . À très bientôt

Schöner Aufenthalt in Geraumer

Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt mit einigen Schwächen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war sehr schlecht, da sie kein Englisch spricht. Somit waren Nachfragen nicht möglich und Missverständnisse vorprogrammiert. Das Objekt selbst war recht neu und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

Wir haben Ihre beiden Katzen aufgenommen (was selten ist, da die Besitzer immer Angst vor Krallen haben), und wir hoffen, dass sie das Chalet auch genossen haben. Ich bin überrascht, dass Sie Schwierigkeiten hatten, mit der Person, die für Ihren Empfang zuständig war, auf Englisch zu diskutieren, da sie ziemlich gut Englisch und Deutsch spricht und wir auf jeden Fall sehr regelmäßig ausländische Mieter empfangen und wir haben diese Bemerkung noch nie gemacht. Wir hoffen jedoch, dass Sie genügend Informationen erhalten haben, um das Chalet und die Umgebung gut zu nutzen. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wiederzusehen
