Located in a quiet area, on a 2500m² plot, 4-stars furnished tourist accommodation, with a superb lake view, close to the ski area and hiking trails, access to the town centre and lakeside 2.5 km away, the Costet chalet has everything to welcome you.Chalet du Costet has everything to welcome you for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum of 7 nights.
New construction of 142m² on two levels, balcony, for 11 beds (9 adults maximum and 2 children in cabin beds), living room of 57m², 4 bedrooms all equipped with TV, 3 bathrooms including 2 private and one with freestanding bathtub, Italian shower, double sink and sauna, 2 toilets (one per level), storeroom with large capacity washing machine and dryer, storage shed (ski, ...), peripheral terrace of 90m² with outdoor equipment (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, deckchairs), bowling and playing field, mini golf practice (in fine weather), covered outdoor jacuzzi, landscaped massif and meadow ... enough to spend an excellent stay all year round.
- Modern open kitchen with island, equipped with latest generation household appliances, small household appliances, with a wine cellar stocked with mostly regional vintages (consumption in addition to the rental price to be paid at the end of the stay. Budget ranging from €7.00 to €21.00 per bottle). - -Living room with an entrance hall/relaxation room with cloakroom, stairwell and table football, a dining area with a long table for 11 people, a lounge with a large corner sofa and a 140cm connected TV screen with Sony sound bar, near the wood stove. (a unit of wood available for the duration of the stay in winter)

Pets allowed only with request for agreement from the owner, one dog maximum, cats not accepted, respecting the premises, the neighborhood and hygiene (picking up needs outside, no access to the rooms and on the beds and sofa), with an increase in the security deposit to €1800.00.
A non-optional end-of-stay cleaning package (not including maintenance of the wood stove and/or barbecue set at €30) in the amount of €180.00 will be requested upon taking possession of the premises, the premises must however be returned in a state of cleanliness and hygiene suitable and without disorder, bins emptied and removed, dishes clean and put away, failing which a deduction from the security deposit may be considered.
This package may be increased automatically to €250 in the event of return due to abnormal soiling of the windows, bays and glass surfaces of the chalet.
A security deposit of €1500.00, increased by €1800.00 for pet owners, made by bank imprint via non-debited CB payment terminal will be requested upon handing over the keys. The latter will be returned to you within a minimum of 48 hours after your departure, provided that the rented property is returned in the state of quality and maintenance in which it was entrusted to you. Any problem, deterioration, malfunction occurring on the rented property must be reported without delay to the owner or his representative. Failing this, the security deposit will be retained up to the amount of the costs incurred for repair. In the event of costs exceeding the amount of the security deposit, a specific insurance procedure will be triggered.
