Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Please note that owners are permitted to have pets. Please be understanding and respectful of this HOA policy, which is outside of the control of Stowe Country Homes.

This Mt. Mansfield Townhouse is conveniently located within 30 feet walking distance to the Toll Road ski slope, serviced by the Toll House Double Chairlift* which provides access to the legendary trails of the Resort. The townhouse offers a spacious and inviting living area with a gas fireplace, private ski storage, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer & dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. They are ideal for enjoying the comforts of home while experiencing Stowe Mountain Resort. The townhouses are located just off the Mountain Road near the complimentary town shuttle route, two miles from the main base area of the Resort, and a short distance from many contemporary and classic dining options. (*Please note - This lift is weather dependent; there is no snow-making in this area.) Winter is missed when it's gone, but the Resort's Summer and Fall activities are exciting and plentiful and include the Mt. Mansfield Auto Toll Road, Gondola SkyRide, Tennis, Hiking, shopping and more.

*Top bunks are not suitable for adults.
Please note: ONLY two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions WILL be towed at the guest's expense. Full-time residents need to park here at their own condos. Guests will not be compensated for towing fees. Please be respectful of these rules!
The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is completely prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association.

Everything about the experience was great, except the parking situation. Not being able to keep our car at the unit on the day we checked out until we were done skiing was a complete hassle. Check-in time is not until 4, yet we were required to remove our car at 10:00am. Also not having a lodge or just a place to take off your boots (after check out) was a pain as well as it was raining when we finished skiing. Aside from these significant inconveniences, the rental was great.

Property was old and tired, frayed furniture. The kitchen was Ill equipped ; 2 wine glasses, few cooking utensils I left the property cleaner than it was when I arrived
