L appartement est dans le quartier de Costebelle , belle cote en patois provençale. Nous sommes en haut d une jolie colline boisée de pins parasols mais proche des plages et des commerces.

Bon emplacement,grand studio avec possibilité de mettre des affaires dans le garage ce qui est très pratique. Je regrette la literie,le matelas est peu épais.

100% Bonheur / Le TOP / Nous avons adoré.

Magnifique gite sis dans un quartier résidentiel sur les hauteurs de Costebelle / Proche mer et route de sel reliant la Presqu'ile de Giens....et de nombreux points de départ pour découvertes / randos ou autres activités de cette superbe région. La propriété est très bien entretenue dans un cadre plus qu'agréable / au calme et sans vis à vis . Hébergement de qualité / confortable / lumineux avec une très bonne literie ( canapé lit parfait) et propreté irréprochable. Rien ne manque dans ce studio ... Vous avez tout. Il est en réalité bien plus grand que sur les photos avec une belle salle de bain / deux terrasses avec transats et chiliennes et un grand sas à l'entrée . Vraiment PARFAIT. Un grand MERCI à M et Mme LAUBIE pour leur bel accueil /leur gentillesse avec un " grand coup de chapeau " pour leur discrétion. Toujours trop court lorsqu'on est bien ... mais une chose est sur nous reviendrons. A bientôt.

Séjour très agréable

Nichée dans la montée de Costebelle,joli studio situé dans un calme absolu. Terrasse agréable et ensoleillée l'après-midi. À 20 min à pieds de la gare sncf de Hyères et à 10 minutes des arrêts de bus à proximité de la résidence. Hôtes très sympathiques et disponible.
