The cottage is a haven of peace nestled in the heart of a preserved natural setting. Certified as an LPO Refuge, its spacious garden is a sanctuary where birds, butterflies, and wild orchids thrive throughout the seasons. Young and old alike will create lasting memories while enjoying a multi-game table (pool, foosball), a ping-pong table, and outdoor games. You’ll have access to all amenities on-site: a supermarket, bakeries, a butcher shop, a pharmacy, and a train station.. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: on-site bike rides, golf 3 km away, swimming, fishing, and water sports at the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, wine cellar tours and Champagne tastings… This single-story house with a basement features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests (supplement of €15 per person per day), a flat-screen TV, and an Alsatian wood-burning stove for cosy fires. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), one of which has a sink; a twin bedroom (2 beds measuring 90x190); and a bathroom with a shower (large, extra-flat shower pan), sink, and separate toilet. Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious terrace with patio furniture, a grill, and an awning; a large, fenced-in yard with flowers and trees; a parking area; an underground garage for bicycles, a swimming pool (shared with the owners) open from June (weather permitting) through September with lounge chairs, various children’s games, a ping-pong table, and pétanque... The beds will be made upon your arrival, and heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.
