All the beaches in the area can be reached after less than 5 minutes driving which is also the case for the city center with all the shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

Guarantee deposit 1000 euros to be left upon arrival and given back the last day
Cleaning fees 125 euros to be paid at the villa
2 independant studios (with their own entrance) can be rented by other people during your stay.
