In a small private co-ownership (two other houses in seasonal hiring on the same ground) and a closed court to benefit from the beautiful days!

Enter through its kitchen equipped with a gas cooker with 4 burners + oven, a microwave, a SENSEO coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a refrigerator with a freezer...
The living room has a 140cm sofa bed and a flat screen TV.
The night area includes a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with toilet.

Would you prefer to have lunch in the shade? The house has a terrace with a pergola! You can share your lunches there, but without the sunburn!

In camping mode! The washing machine and the barbecue are shared with the two other accommodations.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
