Lots of closets. 48" TV. 5G WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances. Large washer/dryer. Deck faces west for great sunsets but large beech tree provides shade in summer.

Absolutely Perfect!

Completely brand-new, gorgeous apartment located in a quiet neighborhood a quick 10-minute walk to town. Neat and very clean with super comfortable beds, a generously equipped kitchen with everything you could need (including a crockpot!), heating controls in every room, 5G Wi-Fi and an office separated from the living space be French doors, make Split Rock the perfect place to escape or work from home. One of my favorite spots was the large deck off the sliding glass doors. With a view of the mountains and gorgeous sunsets, it’s almost like a treehouse, in the very best possible way. Peggy (and Rich) are fantastic. Warm and welcoming without being intrusive in any way, they are just the nicest people. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. Highly, highly recommend.

Split Rock is located just a few blocks from Main Street and less than half a mile from the Jackrabbit trail and the grocery store. It is less than 2 miles from the Rail Trail.
