Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 95 m² in a 17th-century Alsatian house, right in the historic heart of Colmar. The Koïfhus is built for families and groups of friends who want to stay together without living on top of each other: everyone gets their own room and their own king-size bed — convertible to twin beds on request.

THE SPACE
A 35 m² living room under exposed beams, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bar area. Three bedrooms with Simmons mattresses and a TV in each. Two full bathrooms, so nobody waits in the morning. Completely renovated in 2021, fibre broadband, washer and dryer, fans.

THE LOCATION
A quiet street in the old town: Little Venice, the covered market and the Christmas markets are all a few minutes' walk away. You reach us through a discreet alleyway — which is exactly why the nights are silent here, right in the middle of town. Private gated parking a five-minute walk away, €20 per night.

CHECK-IN
Self check-in with a smart lock, at whatever hour suits you. An Alsatian welcome gift and slippers on arrival. We answer messages in under an hour, before and during your stay.

Modern home comforts with fairytale Colmar touch

We’ve just enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay in beautiful Colmar. Serenity Colmar (Le Koifhaus) did not disappoint. What a beautiful home away from home. Gorgeous modern appointments including every kitchen appliance you could possibly need, luxurious bed linens, great closet space, and a seperate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Other than a little difficulty finding the apartment and separate parking location, we could not fault this holiday rental. Absolutely perfect central location in the old town steps away from the Christmas markets, yet still very quiet at night. No other accommodation this trip has come close to matching this property. We didn’t want to leave. We briefly met the owners who checked in to make sure everything was ok. Don’t hesitate booking this property.
