As the owners of this beautiful 7-bedroom, 6-bath villa, we invite you to stay in THE Enchanted Retreat! Our spacious (approx. 4,000 sq. ft.) non-smoking villa is fully air conditioned with a living room, dining room, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an over-sized 45 ft. pool. NEWLY INSTALLED SPLASH PAD!! NEWLY INSTALLED THEATER ROOM!! Wireless Internet access as well. No pets allowed. Located in the gated community of The Formosa Gardens Estates - LESS THAN 4 MILES TO ANIMAL KINGDOM!!!

The main floor of our beautiful home has three king master, en suites. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top), with a bathroom right outside it's door.

Upstairs is another king master, en suite. The sixth bedroom is Harry Potter themed, with a twin over queen bunk bed. The seventh - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - has two full beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that is situated between them in the hall.

In October, 2022, a theater room with ten reclining chairs was installed!

Please note, for March, the summer months and holiday weeks, we require a seven night booking (Saturday to Saturday).

The driveway can accommodate four vehicles. On-street parking is prohibited in Formosa Gardens and vehicles will be towed.

Perfect House for our Family Vacation

This home was Beautiful, Extremely Spacious, very clean, Everyone agreed it was by far the best home we've stayed in for our yearly family Disney trip. this home is located in a super nice gated neighborhood with close and easy access to Disney World, The pool was huge and warm and clean, i think the kids were more excited to swim than anything, i would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely love to stay here again, Thanks So Much!

Great family house, tons of space

We had a great vacation at this house. We only ended up being 6 adults and 3 kids so we had extra room in this huge house. Especially loved the pool, hot tub and splash pad.

Perfect!

The Enchanted Retreat is in a perfect and private location. Very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Our kids loved the themed rooms, pool and hot tub. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Great Property

We had a great stay for an extended family of 10. Home is roomy enough to spread out and have everyone comfortable. Wendy (the owner) is very accommodating and gives you much information prior to arrival. We had some travel glitches due to hurricane, but Wendy helped us and we enjoyed our vacation.

Great location, great community, great home

My family and I traveled to Orlando for Spring Break and had a great time at this property. The location was ideal based on the close proximity to the interstate, theme parks, restaurants and shopping. We felt safe based on the home being located within a gated community and had a blast while using the pool. Do yourself a favor....while in Orlando, consider this home if its available. We will definitely rent this property again.

Love this place!

My family (12 of us) stayed for a week and could not have been happier with this house. The location is perfect. Super close to everything. The parks were very easy to get to and very close. Walmart and Target were extremely close as were many restaurants and souvenir shops. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool area was amazing!!! I have never had a host that communicated so well! I would highly recommend this place!!!

Most Impressive!!

I was looking for a larger home for my family to come down for spring break! I chose this home because it gives your kids the “Disney feel” without the Disney prices! It was everything As described and the very well kept! All the beds were a little different so people could choose which was best for them, multiple children can sleep in one room, the outdoor space was where we spent most of our time, it was all great! Wendy was also fantastic with her communication and attention to detail! Would definitely rebook!

Great spot close to disney

Stayed here just before Thanksgiving with my family. Spent a couple days in disney. Had tons of room for everyone. Pool was great Location was spot on, close to a bunch of food spots and grocery. Loved the pool Having pool security was great, also baby gates. Couple minor negatives: House is a bit dated. Couple mattresses need to be replaced Would recommend for a large group for sure.

Air hockey!

Everything about this property is awesome. Backyard water park. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room and family space. Game room was great fun. My grandson Jared and I played air hockey every day. He won.

A comfortable, well resourced and well located property

This large property comfortably housed two families with 5 children. The pool is large and the splash pad great fun with beautiful lights at night. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with clean linen and plentiful towels. There was lots of space to sit and lounge or eat around the pool as well as in the house. The kitchen was well equipped and laundry facilities excellent. The booking process and communication with the owner was superb, instilling confidence. The house is located literally minutes from shops, restaurants and of course Disney world. It is on a well cared for gated community. I would highly recommend this property.

No regrets

The house was everything that it could be. the house was spotless, the pool and hot tub clean. There was a minor issue with the hot tub (faulty check valve) that had nothing to do with it not working, but Reggie was literally on site 2 minutes after the text just to make sure we were happy. If you rent this house, you will have made the right choice. Thank you Wendy for letting us stay in your home.

Great place for a large family.

Our extended family (8 adults, 4 kids under 4, and a baby) all stayed here. The pool was awesome (glad to have the pool alarm), and so was the hot tub. It's close to Walmart and many restaurants, so meals were pretty easy. We loved having the grill, which is safely enclosed away from the pool (so no risk of tiny wandering fingers getting burned). The living room smart tv is a little hard to use. We eventually figured out how to play Netflix, which was enough to calm the toddlers. But not Disney+. (Though we weren't there to watch TV, anyway). We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful home made for a wonderful vacation!

What a gem of a home! With 2 adults and 5 Children on our first trip to Disney we hit the jackpot! We had enough rooms for us to each have our own space. The pool and splash pad were great for our two days of downtime from the parks. I enjoyed two mornings of a neighborhood run, so clean and well maintained subdivision! And boy was it close to all things Disney, plus local restaurants and grocery were easy to get to. My 4 year old daughter calls it our "new home" when she refers to the castle bed, the pool and the Snow White and 7 dwarfs that " watched over her" as she slept! I wish it was our new home! Disney is a big expense for a family of seven, and can be very stressful. Having this home and all the amenities of being in our own home, took some of that stress away! Thank you Wendy and Ann for your immediate communication when I could not figure out the air condition! Very impressed!!

Family Vacation

The house is amazing!!! We all enjoyed Disney, Universal Studios, and the other Disney attractions. When we came back to the house, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our family had a blast!!!

Loved the Enchanted Experience

The house was everything it stated it was the only thing we had issues with was the spa heat and sometimes the wifi wasn't working but those were small things we will definitely book this house again.

Pool was the best!!!

We loved staying at the Enchanted Retreat. Our kids 12, 9, and 6 LOVED the pool! It was the prefect temperature to swim on the chilly days and refreshing on the hot days plus shallow enough on one end for the 6 year old to have fun but deep enough on the other for the older boys to love. Mom and Dad loved the hot tub! The house had everything we needed on the inside and was just the right mix of comfort, design and Disney fun. The neighborhood was very nice and the short drive to Disney made short excursions for meals, mini-golf and other adventures easy. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Large home and well stocked with pretty much everything you need for your stay. Bed and bath linens are a little dated and could be more luxurious but they were adequate. Enjoyed the space with our large family.

When our children were younger, we spent many years renting homes in many different locations and neighborhoods of the Disney area. Formosa Gardens was our favorite location.
Years later, we were very fortunate and thankful to be able to call The Enchanted Retreat our home away from home. We have acquired many, many beautiful memories while vacationing there!
