bungalow sale et insalubre a eviter

Bonjour, suite à notre appel téléphonique de cet après midi concernant le bungalow sale et mal entretenu situé à Vincendo, et louer par MMe Vigueur Anne. ref location A96569942 Rappel des faits: nous avons du raccourcir notre séjour car l'hygiène des lieux était déplorable pour un bien mit à la location. En effet, il y a dans ce logement des grosses toiles d'araignées au plafond ainsi que dans le four, le sol est collant de crasse, les oreillers sont de couleurs jaune transpiration, il y a de la matière fécale sur chaque rebord de fenêtre, du moisi dans les joints du frigo, énormément de poussière sous le matelas de la mezzanine, poussière sur le ventilateur et climatiseur (risqiue incendie). Cela a eu pour conséquence de déclencher une crise d'asthme sur notre enfant qui est allergique à la poussière (surtout quand présente en grande quantité). De plus la piscine dont l'accès est dangereux ne dispose d'aucun élément de sécurité comme la loi le demande. Aucun dispositif n'a été mis en place selon la norme AFNOR. Pour rappel voici la norme française. Il existe quatre dispositifs de sécurité différents : la barrière de protection : norme NF P 90-306 le système d’alarme : norme NF P 90-307 la couverture de sécurité : norme NF P 90-308 l’abri de piscine : norme NF P 90-309 Tout propriétaire est libre de choisir le dispositif de son choix et d’en installer plusieurs s’il le juge nécessaire. En revanche, en cas de non installation d’un dispositif de sécurité, le propriétaire

Nous avons choisi ce bungalow car mon mari faisait un trail à proximité. Notre fille et moi avons pu profiter de la piscine le jour de la course. C’est idéalement situé avec pas mal de lieux de visite et de petites restaurations. L’accueil est chaleureux. La literie gagnerait à être améliorée, ainsi que les équipements qui pourraient être renouvelés. Cependant nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour et nous reviendrons.
