L‘emplacement de la propriété est idéal avec vue imprenable sur la Plage de Trestraou et les 7 îles de la terrasse. Cependant, la propriété est quelque peu vétuste et la cuisine manquait à nôtre arrivée de certains équipements basiques tels que coûteaux de cuisine.
