Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L'appartement correspondait a nos attentes. Super bien situé. Le plus est évidemment le parking privé et fermé. La plage en bas de l'appartement. Nous avons laissé la voiture. Il y a des randonnées a faire au pied de l'appartement. Je recommande fortement. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Très bel emplacement

Appartement confortable et bien équipé extrêmement bien situé pour découvrir la côte de granit rose ou visiter la réserve des 7 îles. Commerces tout proches, parking fermé apprécié avec local à vélos. C'est calme malgré tout, la plage est juste devant. Idéal pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants.

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidable sous le soleil. Nous avons pu profiter du balcon terrasse pour les repas. La cuisine est petite mais très bien pour de petits repas simple quand on est en vacances. A refaire 👍

1a-Lage...aber...

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, mit direktem Strandblick und Bäcker gleich über die Straße. Problem: zu dem Angebot in Fewo-direkt bekommt man noch einen separaten Mietvertrag. Beides weicht in wesentlichen Punkten ab, bzw. ist unpräzise. Angefangen beim Check-in. 3 Tage vor Anreise waren noch keine Infos vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter erhielten wir die Antwort, wir sollen 1 Stunde vor Ankunft anrufen, man würde dann zum Objekt kommen. Also gut...Danach wurden wir jedoch gedrängelt, wir sollen eine Uhrezit nennen, als ob man gleich um die Ecke wohnen würde... Bei Fewo steht Abreise bis 11 Uhr, man bestand jedoch auf Abreise bis 10Uhr gem. separatem Mietvertrag. Dort wird auch aufgeführt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inkludiert seien, bei Fewo steht, Betttuch fürs große Bett sei vorhanden. Nicht inkludiert heißt für mich nicht, dass es keine gibt, sondern dass es extra kostet. War aber nicht so. Lösung war dann, dass man 1/2 Stunde zum Vermieter fährt, um die Wäsche dort abzuholen. Dort angekommen, wollte man die Kaution von 400.-- in bar. Mietkaution wird zwar im sep. Mietvertrag aufgeführt, steht aber nirgends, dass man das in bar will. Bargeld war in der ländlichen Wohngegend des Vermieters aber nicht zu beschaffen, letztlich hat man dann doch darauf verzichtet. Fazit: unnötige Aufregungen, die man im Urlaub eigentlich nicht braucht.

Terrasse wegen Restaurants nicht nutzbar; nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.

Positiv: - Sehr sauber - Netter Empfang durch die Vermieter - Privater Stellplatz fürs Auto - Nähe zum Strand und zum Bäcker Negativ: - Im Erdgeschoss sind Restaurants, die ihre Küchen direkt unterhalb der Terrasse entlüften. Die Terrasse war dadurch abends, wenn die Restaurants geöffnet waren, wegen des Geruchs nach Fett und Fisch nicht zu benutzen. - Das Hochbett ist nur für kleine Kinder geeignet. Für unseren 17jährigen Sohn war das Bett zu klein und der Lattenrost nicht geeignet. Er drohte durchzubrechen. - Das Appartement könnte viel praktischer eingerichtet sein. Z.B. fehlen Topflappen (ohne die ist der Backofen nicht zu benutzen), mehr Haken für Garderobe, mehr Ablagefläche, ein Spiegel in der Nähe der Wohnungstür… Kleinigkeiten, die aber das Leben angenehm machen. - In anderen Ferienwohnungen ist es selbstverständlich, bei Ankunft ein paar Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Seife am Waschbecken vorzufinden. - Der knappe Platz im Regal war durch eine Sammlung von Flyern und Broschüren belegt, die z.T. viele Jahre alt waren. Daneben lag der Rauchmelder im Regal, der seine Funktion nur erfüllt, wenn er an der Decke montiert ist. Wir hatten den Eindruck, als wollte sich die Vermieterin nicht viel kümmern, sondern lieber mit wenig Arbeit viel Geld einstreichen. Für diese Lage ist das Appartement zu teuer. Die Vermieterin sollte auf die Lage direkt über den Restaurants hinweisen, und auch darauf, dass die Wohnung nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet ist.

le positionnement de l'appartement en face (et à proximité immédiate ..) de la plage de Trestraou est un atout majeur pour l'appartement, très agréable à vivre, conforme au descriptif. Accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire. Le parking privatisé est un plus indéniable .. Location à recommander vivement

Un logement dont une chambre est mal conçue et très petite, surtout beaucoup trop cher, nous l'avons constaté après coup, par rapport au prix moyens proposés pour une semaine.

Locataire de mauvaise foi, elle connaissait l'appartement avant sa venue. La chambre "mal conçue" est une chambre cabine prévue pour 2 enfants. Elle aurait dû chercher ailleurs.

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl in diesem Apartment gefühlt. Mit Parkplatz vor der Tür, Aufzug, großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Bäcker gegenüber, jede Menge Restaurants, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Strand um die Ecke. Können wir wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Posizione eccellente

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni nella casa ed è stato un soggiorno ottimo! La posizione è ideale,la spiaggia di fronte e l'imbocco del sentier des douaniers a 5 minuti. Si possono fare molte passeggiate, noleggiare kajak o stare in spiaggia. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, abbiamo sfruttato molto la terrazza con vista mare per mangiare. Consigliato!!
