Toller Garten, Lage ok, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten ist wirklich wunderschön und gepflegt, die Lage des Hauses ist ok, vorne raus ist es etwas lauter aber der Garten ist ruhig. In direkter Nähe ist ein Supermarkt.Was das Haus und die Ausstattung angeht: Enttäuschend. Die Küche ist billigstes Material und teils auch noch falsch zusammengebaut. Im Badezimmer ist die Klospülung fehlerhaft - Reparaturen finden offensichtlich nicht statt. Auch etwas Schimmel ist in der Dusche.Generell ist die Ausstattung von niedriger Qualität, für den Mietpreis ist das schade.

La cafetière marche 1fois sur 3, nous perdons 2 capsules sur 3, donc cafetière à remplacer Lavabo salle de bain, l'eau ne s évacue pas dutout, obligé de lever le dessus et la baignoire s évacuee malLa table de cuisine, le dessus pas droit , la planche du côté n'est pas droite, la table est à remplacer et une chaiseLe stationnement pas facile, Le ménage très moyenEt puis l'annonce ne reflète pas la réalité, loin de tout à piedBien sûr une belle photo de l'arrière !!!

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle avec un magnifique jardin très fleuri et arboré

On est surpris et inquiet en arrivant sur le palier des différentes portes d’entrée… boîte à lettres défoncées et rouillées et porte d’entrée en mauvais état mais une fois passée l’entrée, la maison est très agréable, spacieuse, avec un beau jardin !Chambres avec rangements, salle de bain pratique.

Lieber nicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einer stark befahrenden Umgehungsstraße und es ist deshalb laut. Der Garten ist hübsch, aber es gibt einen Grund, warum das Haus nur von hinten fotografiert ist in der Anzeige. Von vorne ist die Situation heruntergekommen, ungepflegt, schmutzig und abstoßend. Das Bad hat eine defekte Spülvorrichtung, das Waschbecken ist kaputt, die Tür ist aufgequollen und das Furnier hebt sich ab, der Duschvorhang ist verschimmelt.

Super région

Le logement est tres ɓien situé, de très belle promenade sont accessibles à moins de 10 min en voiture. Le sentier des douaniers est tout simplement magnifique a faire. Une bonne bouffé d'air dans cette superbe région.

Grundsätzlich OK mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Die Lage auf dem Berg war für Ausflüge sehr vorteilhaft und der angrenzende Garten ist riesig. Der erste Eindruck von der Hauptverkehrsstrasse war aber dürftig. Der Eingangsbereich mit Spinnweben und Laub übersät. Na dann mal rein... Das WC im EG roch nach Bahnhof. Der Garderobenschrank müsste mal ausgesaugt werden. Der Wohnraum ist atmosphärisch. Die Treppe und der tolle Blick in den Garten sind es wert... Der Esstisch ist leider zu niedrig und der Herd läuft nur auf zwei Flammen!? Die Räume im OG sind schön, das Bad sehr veraltet. Wir haben das weiß der Treppenstufen gebohnert und den Duschvorhang mal in die vorhandene Waschmaschine gesteckt. Die Kinder haben die Räume gemocht. Es war alles nötige da. Die Sauberkeit ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Preis-Leistung stimmt daher nicht ganz. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super! Vorschlag: Bad aufhübschen, Kochutensilien kontrollieren und tauschen, Endreinigung immer vom Mieter bezahlen lassen!!!
