Appartement de qualité, très beau, confortable et tres fonctionnel, très bien situé, proche du centre-ville et de la côte de granit rose. Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours très agréable avec 2 ados. La voiture au garage, nous avons pu sillonner tout le temps à pied. Nous recommandons !

Eine sehr schöne und modern ausgestattete Wohnung, hell und mit vielen Fenstern. Ein Balkon mit Balkonmöbeln (Sessel, Tisch, Sonnenschirm) gehört auch dazu. Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober 2025 dort und konnten noch schön in der Sonne sitzen.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Spül- und Waschmaschine gehören ebenso dazu wie eine großzügig bemessene Anzahl von Handtüchern.Lage: Hervorragend. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, der kleine obere Ortskern mit Boulangerie, Charcuterie etc. vielleicht 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig, was uns besonders nachts wichtig ist. Parken konnten wir in der zugehörigen Einzelgarage. Man kann bequem zu Fuß zum Strand oder zum Einstieg des Zöllnerpfads laufen. Auch der südliche Teil am Bassin du Linkin ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Gastgeber-Paar ist ausgesprochen nett, hat uns persönlich an einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt und zur Wohnung geführt. Auch die Kommunikation vor Anreise war freundlich und prompt.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Perros-Guirec sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Geräumig mit Platz bei Regenwetter und Küche für den Alltagsbedarf. Alles wie im Angebot bebildert. Wir durften vorhandene Vorräte plündern und mussten zum Start nichts einkaufen. Ein wohlschmeckender Begrüßungs-Cidre überraschte uns. Einzig mein heimscher Stressless-Sessel fehlte mir als bequemste Sitzgelegenheit zum Hineinfletzen. Bequeme breite Betten, typisch für Frankreich mit einer gemeinsamen Zudecke für 2. Aber 2 Schlafzimmer haben ja je 1 Bett. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Abendsonne, eine kleine Solarstromanlage für billgen Strom. Eine geräumige Garage (die wir nicht nutzten) mit Stellplatz davor. Herrliche Hortensien an der Zufahrt zum abgeschlossenen Grundstück.

Appartement ultra confort et moderne à deux pas du centre ville, très calme, place de parking à disposition, petite terrasse permettant de voir le coucher du soleil, on s’y sent comme chez soi! Top ausgestattete und geräumige Dachgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse, ruhig gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz. Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig. Etwas weiter aber immer noch zu Fuß gut erreichbar auch zwei Strände mit Verbindung zum Wanderweg Richtung Rosa-Granit-Küste. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Matratzen könnten weicher sein, aber da sind die Vorlieben ja unterschiedlich. Ein zweites Sofa anstelle des Hockers für zwei wäre noch gemütlicher gewesen. Insgesamt sehr gutes Angebot, wir waren gerne da!

Séjour à Perros Guirec -appartement de standing neuf

Nous avons séjourné presque une semaine dans l'appartement de Pierre. La communication avec l'hôte a été parfaite. Nous avons échangé avec Pierre avant notre séjour et il nous a aidé à le préparer. Il nous a donné de nombreuses idées de visites et de randonnées et a été très disponible pour notre arrivée. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Perros Guirec, les commerces sont accessibles à pied. Le logement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée et très calme. Il est tout neuf et très très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Même l'étendoir à linge est électrique! On sent que Pierre et sa compagne ont pris beaucoup de soin à la décoration pour rendre cet appartement neuf cosy et douillé. On s'y sent très bien et on le quitte à regret. Bien évidemment, nous comptons relouer cet appartement aux beaux jours pour notre prochain séjour sur la très belle cote de granit rose. Merci beaucoup à Pierre et à Florence pour leur formidable accueil et leur grande disponibilité. Yohann
