Classified 3 stars, this 56 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor with lift of a quality residence in the immediate vicinity of Trestraou beach and at the foot of shops (cinema, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Enjoy a permanent animation of the station while enjoying the calm of the residence.

Un bel appartement spacieux, un hôte particulièrement agréable, une belle résidence avec parking fermé, en deuxième ligne du front de mer, dans une chic station balnéaire. Et tout à pieds : plage , supérette, distributeur H24, bars, restaurants,( sauf la boulangerie en face mais fermée en octobre). On a adoré la vie en Roz !

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans cet appartement moderne, lumineux et décoré avec goût, et situé à juste quelques pas de la plage Trestraou. Bien que proche des commerces (boulangerie, restaurants, cinéma et autres) et de la plage, la résidence est très calme. Tout est prévu dans l'appartement pour s'y sentir comme à la maison. La place de parking privé est un luxe très appréciable en période estivale où il est compliqué de se garer à Perros. Le soleil était même au rdv pendant cette quinzaine !

très agréable moment

Appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé et décoré. Le parking privatif est très pratique avec la densité de personnes qui profitent des restaurants et de la plage à 100m. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et très arrangeants suite à une mauvaise compréhension de l'annonce. Un magnifique soleil était inclus dans le séjour mais chut, c'est un avantage accordé qu'à certaines personnes ;-) S'il fallait trouver un point négatif, c'est peut-être la construction de l'immeuble qui manque un peu d'insonorisation mais rien de très gênant non plus. Bref, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce bel appartement proche de la plage. Il est propre, et très bien équipé: on ne manque de rien. Gaelle nous a chaleureusement accueilli et a été de bon conseils pour les restaurants et activité à faire sur Perros Guirec. Le petit plus la bouteille de cidre et le paquet de palet breton à notre arrivée pour les plus gourmands. La place de parking attitrée est un vrai plus en pleine saison. Seul point négatif, la chambre adulte donne sur la rue qui est animée le soir (musique et bruit de soirée qu'on entend un peu).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Perros. Nous avons été accueillis de manière très chaleureuse. La propriétaire n'a pas hésité à nous conseiller sur les activités à faire durant notre séjour. L'appartement était tout neuf, très propre et confortable. Nous avons profité au maximum de son emplacement idéal à quelques mètres de la plage de Trestraou et du départ du sentier des douaniers. Le centre ville est tout près aussi: 10 mn à pieds. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Nous venons d'ailleurs de réserver à nouveau pour les prochaines vacances.
