Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber und liegt toll, um mit Fahrrädern oder Bus sowohl Tregastel als auch Ploumanach zu erkunden. Bequeme Betten, Fenster super schalldicht, alles sehr gepflegt. Tipp: Der Galettestand am Strand auf der Halbinsel vor dem Haus, ca 1km. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!!

Sehr gutes Haus, modern, sauber, top Lage, Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war Zeitweise etwas schwierig. Verabredung wurde als die Uhrzeit ran war abgesagt. Maybe a bit lost in translation. Insgesamt allerdings absolut emphelenswert.

Effectivement, il peut être difficile de se comprendre quand le locataire ne parle pas le français et nous pas l'allemand. Les traducteurs ne font pas toujours du bon travail. Nous ne pouvons pas toujours venir dire au revoir aux vacanciers lorsqu'ils quittent la maison, ce qui a amené un quiproquos avec Sebastian.

Maison très agréable à vivre et idéalement placée. L'accueil de Sophie a été très chaleureux et bienveillant. Cette région est magnifique et mérite une pause pour les vacances. Tout petit bémol, la box située dans le garage ne permet pas d'avoir le wifi régulièrement.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat eine tolle aber trotzdem ruhige Lage in einer Bucht, ist sehr neu renoviert bzw ausgebaut. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und hat einen kleinen Garten. Dorfzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir waren zu viert (Erwachsene) und hatten reichlich Platz. Geht aber auch zu sechst.

L'hôte est très à l'écoute et disponible si besoin. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien.La maison est entièrement rénovée, tout est en très bon état, les literies neuves.La localisation est remarquable, au bord de la plage de Ste Anne, à quelques hectomètres du centre ville de Tregastel à peine.

Wir waren eine Woche im schönen Ferienhaus von Sophie und Frank. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie war kein Problem. Ideal um die Granit Rosé anzuschauen. Es wäre schön , wenn noch eine Informationsmappe ausliegen würde. Wir waren zwei Paare und können das Haus empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus. Nette zuverlässige Vermieter

Das Haus ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Wir sind mir 4 Personen verreist. Das W-Lan ist stabil, es gibt einen 4k Fernseher (wichtig für Teenager:-) die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und die Betten bequem. Es gibt eine Waschküche mit Zugang zur Terrasse, für die Strandsachen. Das Haus hat absolut alles, was wir brauchen. Es liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, was aber nicht weiter stört, da die Terrasse nach hinten raus geht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und antworten schnell. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Sophie und Franck. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder!

Sehr schönes bretonisches neu saniertes Haus in einer absolut tollen Lage: Strand, Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih fußgängig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderschön Aufenthalt im Haus von Sophie und Frank. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat eine klasse Lage und der Kontakt mit Sophie ist wunderbar und unkompliziert. Wir haben die ausgezeichneten Betten, die vollausgestattete Küche und die schöne Terrasse sehr genossen!

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Trégastel

7 jours de paradis. La voiture est restée sans bouger pendant notre séjour; on a parcouru Trégastel à pied (toutes les plages, la vallée de Traouiro, l'ïle Renote, ses églises et chapelles, le marché du lundi matin et tous les commerces à proximité)Que du bonheur et Sophie est aux petits soins.

Eine sehr schöne Woche...

Die Kommunikation und der Empfang durch Sophie hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung, wirklich alles sehr schön. Alles gut gepflegt. Gute Ausstattung. Die Lage war toll, man konnte das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer könnte etwas größer sein. Über Seifenspender in den beiden Bädern hätten wir uns gefreut. Ein Problem für uns war allerdings, dass wir über die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Endreinigung in Höhe von 90,00 Euro erst 1 Stunde vor Ankunft informiert wurden. Wahlweise hätten wir ein komplette Reinigung selbst vor der Abreise vornehmen müssen. Diese Information fehlt in der Objektbeschreibung komplett. Alles in allem ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert!

Danke für Ihre Antwort. Ich empfehle Ihnen, die Beschreibung des Hauses in der Anzeige noch einmal sorgfältig durchzulesen: Auf die Reinigungsmöglichkeit ist deutlich hingewiesen. Man kann nicht sagen, dass dies eine Stunde vor Ihrer Ankunft eine Entdeckung für Sie war. Darüber hinaus gibt es im Haus eine Regel, die Sie absolut nicht beachtet haben: Die Bettwäsche lag noch auf den Betten, das Geschirr war nicht weggeräumt und wurde immer noch gespült... Am Tag zuvor haben Sie uns mitgeteilt, dass Sie später als in den Vorschriften vorgesehen abreisen möchten. Wir haben Ihnen erklärt, dass Mieter hinter Ihnen her sind und dies nicht möglich ist. Sie sind schließlich vor 10 Uhr morgens abgereist, ohne uns zu warnen, auf jeden Fall, damit wir nicht sehen konnten, dass Sie sich nicht an die Regeln gehalten haben. Das sind Dinge, die zum Glück sehr selten passieren. Unsere Mieter gehen stets sehr respektvoll mit unserem Haus und den geltenden Vorschriften um.
