VERY COMFORTABLE HOUSE EXCEPTIONAL VIEW SEA - GRAND GARDEN CLOS 8 people

Overlooking the charming little port of Locquémeau and close to the classified site Dourven, the house and its large garden enjoy a splendid view of sea and island Milliau Trébeurden. The sandy beach of Notigou is accessible by foot 5 minutes.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, open space dining room and a sitting area with fireplace. A veranda facing the garden and the sea complete this relaxing. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a bed 2 people and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The floor consists of a small mezzanine, 2 bedrooms each with a bed 160x200, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and WC independent. All rooms have stunning sea views.
The large fenced garden is ideal for children's games that you can watch and admire the sea view comfortably in the veranda.
Guests can take tours of the feet from the house on the many coastal paths that line the coast. Digestive walk, including Dourven site, hiking on the GR 34, there is something for everyone.
You can also walk to bike, indulge in recreational water always in an authentic Breton and relaxing atmosphere.
Notigou beach is within walking distance in just 10 minutes. You can swim but also do all kinds of discoveries in the rocks, kids love!
Locquémeau and its picturesque fishing port is located 10 km from Lannion 20 km from Perros Guirec and pink granite coast. The house is near the town and its shops: bakery, grocery, newsagent, hairdresser, fish shop, restaurants, cafes, post office, doctor. In summer an organic market is held one day a week.
You also can reach the islands of Bréhat, Batz or the 7 islands.

Een comfortabel huis met een prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan in een zeer rustige omgeving. Fijn om in de veranda te ontbijten en 's avonds de zonsondergang te zien. Zo rustgevend! Voorzien van alle comfort en zeer goed gelegen om nabijgelegen dorpjes te bezoeken en prachtige natuurwandelingen te maken. Communicatie was ook perfect bij aankomst en vertrek. We hebben een TOP week gehad en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Superbe maison avec point de vue agréable sur la mer depuis la véranda. la région est magnifique, beaucoup de choses à visiter; la côte de granit rose, St Malo, Plougrescant, Perros Guirec, les jardins de Kerdalo et pour ceux qui veulent marcher, une partie du chemin de douaniers permet de longer la côte avec des paysages superbes !! très bonne semaine en famille.

Wir haben uns nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus einquartiert und das sagt ja schon alles! Beim ersten Mal vor zwei Jahren war schon alles perfekt und genauso war es auch jetzt. Super sauber, überragende Aussicht, praktische Einrichtung - einfach alles bestens.

3 Wochen super Aussicht!

Die Küste ist wunderbar und bietet viel Abwechslung. Spaziergänge sind auch vom Haus aus gut möglich. Kleine Einschränkungen gab es durch den verheerenden Sturm im Jahre 2023, der einige Wege auch heute noch unpassierbar machte. Leider war das Fischrestaurant im Ort schon geschlossen, aber wir haben auch im Café du port gut gegessen. Es gab keinen Bäcker und keinen Laden im Ort. So haben wir uns immer am Abend vorher z.B. mit Baguette versorgt und es am Morgen aufgebacken. Das ging ganz gut. Der Aufenthalt war auch im Haus angenehm. Bei Wind und kühleren Temperaturen konnten wir es uns in der verglasten Terrasse gemütlich machen. Das Haus ist großzügig, bietet viel Platz und hat zwei Bäder und zwei WCs. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ein wenig bzgl. der Sauberkeit nachgebessert (Schubladen, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine,..), aber alles in allem war die Sauberkeit okay. Angenehm war es, dass nur akzeptable Reste der Vorgänger wie Nudeln und Konserven vorhanden waren und ansonsten alles aufgeräumt war, Kühlschrank leer, Gefrierfach okay. Gerfreut hat uns die freundliche Begrüßung und auch die angenehme Übergabe am Ende des Urlaubs. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeberin auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Alles Fragen konnten wir im Vorfeld klären.

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem großen Ferienhaus. Der Wintergarten mit Esstisch und gemütlicher Sitzecke und einem herrlichen Rundumblick war unser wichtigster Aufenthaltsort. Ebbe und Flut konnten wir sehr schön beobachten. Eine Beschattung des Wintergartens wäre optimal.

Site idyllique

Maison idéalement placée, bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique. Spacieuse et fonctionnelle, elle offre en outre une véranda donnant sur l'Océan, d'où l'on peut admirer les mille et un tons que prend la mer selon la lumière. La région dans laquelle elle se situe est très riche en sites, monuments et activités. Enfin, la personne qui accueille les hôtes est charmante et disponible !

Großzügiges Haus mit schönem Blick auf das Meer

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, toller Wintergarten. Leider gab es Probleme mit der Kommunikation zwischen Der Agentur und dem Service vor Ort bez. der Ankunftszeit. Es wurden 16Uhr bzw. 18Uhr vereinbart, so das niemand da war bei unserer Ankunft. Extrakosten für Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung. War in der Beschreibung nicht eindeutig ersichtlich.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Empfang durch Lydie war klasse mit wertvollen Tipps für den Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet vor allem mit dem großen Wintergarten eine traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Die himmlische Ruhe ist Erholung pur. Superbe maison de vacances avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'accueil de Lydie était super avec de précieux conseils pour les vacances. La maison est très bien équipée et offre, surtout avec le grand jardin d'hiver, une vue de rêve sur la mer. Le calme divin est un pur moment de détente.
