Ein tolles Haus!

Alles war perfekt! Sebastien & Lucie von Ty Tom Conciergerie haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns das sehr schön gelegene Haus in sehr gutem Zusatnd persönlich ĂŒbergeben. Die 6 SchlafrĂ€ume sind jeweils mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und toll eingerichtet. Das große Wohnzimmer mit TV (keine Deutschen Sender), großer Couch, Esstisch und Piano (!!!) schließt direkt an die offene KĂŒche an und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingrichtet. In der KĂŒche ist sogar Raclette und eine Crepes Pfanne vorhanden. Auch ein rießiger KĂŒhlschrank mit großem Eisschrank. Am Gasherd ging eine Stelle nicht und der Abzug geht nicht nach außen. Sonst perfekt! Die große Terasse hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht. Sogar ein Orangenbaum mit FrĂŒchten gab es im Garten, sowie Schaukeln und ne Rutsche fĂŒr die Kinder. Die 2 BĂ€der im Haus sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Beide haben Badewannen (z.T. mit SprudeldĂŒsen) und Duschen sowie Doppelwaschbecken. Die AbflĂŒsse beider Duschen waren bei der Ankunft mit Haaren vom Vormieter verstopft, was wir aber sehr schnell beheben konnten. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Holz verkleidet. Das verleiht ihm einen warmen und wohnlichen Charakter, sorgt aber auch fĂŒr stĂ€ndiges knarren im Fußboden und z.T. dĂŒnne WĂ€nde. Das Haus liegt oben am Berg und wir konnten schöne SpaziergĂ€nge durch die wunderschöne Natur machen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg hinunter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!! Un bon séjour mais nous attendions mieux

MalgrĂ© cette note sĂ©vĂšre, nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour. Mais certains points structurels peuvent ĂȘtre problĂ©matiques pour certains et Ă  ce niveau de prix nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus de certaines finitions ou prestations Points forts : - maison atypique et de charme, trĂšs spacieuse avec nombreux couchages / trĂšs belle terrasse / un Ă©quipement complet - Conciergerie efficace et rĂ©actif Points d'attention : - le bas de la maison a Ă©tĂ© transformĂ© en chambres : niveau d'humiditĂ© trĂšs Ă©levĂ© dans cette zone, suffisamment pour que certains d'entre nous se soient retrouvĂ©s sous antihistaminique. - Il n’existe qu’un WC Ă  l’étage. L’autre est dans la salle de bain annexĂ© Ă  une des chambres - Norme enfant : photos explicites mais attention il n’y a pas de protection aux normes sur la terrasse, sur la mezzanine, escalier Nous louons souvent dans cette gamme de prix et nous avons toujours eu des prestations de haut niveau qui n’apportaient aucun commentaire/critique. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© particuliĂšrement déçus Ă  ce niveau de prix (plus de 3500€ la semaine) : - nombreux matĂ©riels en Ă©tat moyen : plaque 5 feux mais seulement 4 utilisables, parasol cassĂ©, sommier enfoncĂ©, , balnĂ©o non en fonctionnement, robinet extĂ©rieur sans tuyau, etc
. - Finitions « surprenantes » : Traces de peinture ou colle Ă  carreau ayant dĂ©bordĂ©e non nettoyĂ©es, scotch un peu partout pour faire tenir ou colmater, manque des morceaux de parquets, etc
 La conciergerie nous a indiquĂ© en faire part aux propriĂ©taires.

A great place to stay!!!

We had a wonderful week at this gite. We hated to leave and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Katy was a great host. She was responsive during the booking phase and helpful during our stay. The house is big enough for a crowd but was still cozy for just the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped with enough of everything to accommodate a crowd and there were lots of sharp knives (which is not always the case). The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels). The patio and lawn were lovely for relaxing and dining. The house is located in a residential area so it’s peaceful but it’s only a couple of minutes from D786 so it’s easy to get everywhere. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Blick ĂŒber die Bucht

Das Haus liegt auf einer Kuppe mit fantastischem Blick - vom Garten, von der Terrasse, vom Wohnbereich und aus einem der vielen Schlafzimmer - ĂŒber die Bucht. Im Oktober sind selbst in der Bretagne die Tage kĂŒrzer, die Abende nicht so lauschig, so dass man mehr Zeit im Haus verbringt. DafĂŒr bietet Haus, neben der Terrasse, viel Platz, hat eine große, gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit Esstisch, einen großen Wohnbereich, sogar ein Klavier (Noten sind mitzubringen). FĂŒr kĂŒhle Abende kann man den Kaminofen - auch groß - nutzen - rumdrum ein gemĂŒtliches, wohnliches Haus mit viel Platz - s. Beschreibung im Prospekt. Die jeweilige Übergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert, die Vermieterin ist nett, hilfsbereit, bei RĂŒckfragen stets erreichbar. Man ist schnell in der "Natur" fĂŒr Wanderungen, SpaziergĂ€nge. Im Dorf gibt es ein GeschĂ€ft fĂŒr GrundbedĂŒrfnisse, fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere EinkĂ€ufe sollte man ĂŒber ein Auto verfĂŒgen (die Busverbindungen haben wir nicht getestet).

Excellente location et situation idéale

Nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables à 9. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie et excellente, mais surtout l'espace à vivre est idéal pour des moments entre amis. Le jardin est magnifique, et la vue sur la baie inoubliable. Katy nous a prodigué un excellent acceuil. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette propriété originale, ultra confortable avec une vue imprenable sur la grÚve. Prestations intérieures de qualité! Accueille de haut standing! Sympathie, disponibilité et anticipation des propriétaires étaient de rigueur! Ils pensent à tout. Nous recommandons fortement...allez-y les yeux fermés, vous les ouvriraient une fois sur place et la magie opérera ;-)

Superbe location. Maison en bois chaleureuse et bien équipée, on s'y sent vite chez nous.

Location trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able: maison en bois chaleureuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous y sommes bien installĂ©s, trĂšs grand canapĂ©, grande table basse, poĂȘle Ă  bois, grande table, terrasse bois et trĂšs belle vue. Tout le monde y trouve sa place, on peut y cuisiner avec plaisir. A 4' de la plage, immense, trĂšs chouette pour marcher, courir, chemin des douaniers tout proche. Facile pour visiter la cĂŽte de Granit Rose. Katy notre hĂŽte est adorable et acceuillante, et un petit panier de gourmandises nous attendait. Bref, un lieu chouette oĂč on s'y sent comle chez soi, en mieux !

Jolie maison, MAIS...

Gros problĂšme d'isolation... La maison est en bois, et elle a 17 ans. Le bois travaille... Des courants d'air et dans la chambre sous les toits il n'y a pas de radiateur. Ma fille Ă©tait gelĂ©e, elle a trĂšs mal dormi et finalement a pris froid. Les chambres au niveau de la salle Ă  manger, ça allait, mais les chambres en entre-sol, nous avions froid Ă©galement. PossibilitĂ© de chauffer davantage avec un poĂȘle Ă  granules, mais on a vite trop chaud. On Ă©teint avant de se coucher et dans la nuit le froid revient. CĂŽtĂ© insonorisation, pour ceux qui dorment en entre sol vous serez rĂ©veillĂ©s dĂšs qu'un occupant sera levĂ©. On entend beaucoup les pas... Dans la salle de bain, belle baignoire pour deux personnes mais le jacuzzi est cassĂ©. Le WIFI gros problĂšme de connexion, il a fonctionnĂ© 1 Ă  la fois. Donc si vous voulez consulter vos mails pendant que votre Ă©tudiant a besoin du WIFI pour ses cours en ligne, impossible. Enfin, portail et grillage du jardin cassĂ©s, donc n'importe qui peut entrer dans le jardin. Pour terminer sur une note positive, maison bien dĂ©corĂ©e, vue sur le jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Une semaine superbe!

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis de passer une semaine dans cette rĂ©gion magnifique et de loger dans la maison de Katy. Elle est trĂšs accueillante et il y fait bon vivre! Ses beaux volumes et la rĂ©partition des diffĂ©rentes piĂšces permettent de ne pas ĂȘtre les uns sur les autres. Elle est Ă©galement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e! Et cerise sur le gĂąteau : la vue! Merci encore Ă  Katy pour son accueil et ses prĂ©cieux conseils pour visiter la rĂ©gion!
