House of 110m2 and 700m2 of garden, full of charm typically Perrosian with garden and sea view. Completely renovated in 2022.

The property is ideally located:
- The Port is at 5mns walking distance with all the shops : Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurants, etc.
- The beach of Trestraou, Trestrignel as well as the city center are at 5mns by car.

The accommodation is composed of 4 bedrooms (including 1 master suite) with 9 beds.
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

The house has been completely renovated and is very bright, with all the necessary amenities for a good vacation. All the bedding was purchased in 2022.

Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La literie est de qualité.Les 2 points qui nous ont moins plu, ce sont les caméras de vidéosurveillance extérieures placés à différents endroits sur le terrain ainsi qu'une seul et unique sac poubelle pour 4 jours. Malgré cela, très bon séjour. Le sentier des douaniers est magnifique.

Bonjour Audrey, merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour. Effectivement il y a des caméras à l’extérieur de la maison qui sont biensur désactivés et même orientées vers le sol lors de chaque séjour. Cela nous permet de sécurisé la maison entre chaque location. Effectivement pour le nécessaire d’arrivée nous prévoyons un sac poubelle, une tablette lave vaisselle et un rouleau de papier toilette par wc pour vous permettre d’arriver tranquillement le jour J. Le reste du séjour reste à prévoir par chacun des voyageurs. Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau. Pauline & Benjamin
