We recently stayed at this VRBO and overall had a pleasant experience. Super location for all the Arlington venues. Ideal for what we came for. While the property is a bit older, with all the quirks that come with age, it was functional, and offered great value for the price. The space was exactly what we needed for our trip—simple, no-frills, and utilitarian. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we all got a good night’s sleep, which made a big difference after long days out. It served its purpose well and was a solid home base. Would recommend to budget-conscious travelers who need a reliable place to rest.

Great place, clean and fully stocked with basic necessities. Host in friendly and informative. There was a problem with the microwave in which we tried to warm up some food and the microwave sparked and stopped working.

Great location

This VRBO is very centrally located. It's a 1 miles walk to the stadiums. We walked to Globe Life Park and it was easy. Real close to six flags and the water park too. We would stay here again. House was clean... Large bedrooms and comfortable beds.

We were looking for a rental close to AT&T Stadium. This place worked out nicely. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to either AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Park.

Nice 2 bedroom home close to the stadiums

The house was great for our needs. We had 3 adults that stayed at the house. It was close to the Rangers ballpark. We still ended up driving instead of walking to the ballpark. There are restaurants within walking distance and an arcade place.

Rangers Game Stay

We stayed in Arlington while attending the Texas Rangers game. This home is conveniently located just minutes away from the stadium. The house is cute, conveniently located, very clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come to our next baseball game!

Cute and comfy

So the house was cute and comfortable it had everything we needed from cooking Equipment and utensils to shampoo conditioners towels etc. We told the owners we were there for a Christian conference and they put John 3:16 on there board to welcome us i thought that was awesome they also new we’d be showing up real late and they went out of their was to leave the outside and kitchen light on for us. They were super responsive for every little question i had and super kind! Id book here again!On a side not-we were actually gonna cancel because our plans had changed and that was there very next day after booking this house and come to find out this particular property has very strict cancellation policies so before you book it make sure you’re 100% sure you want it because you will not get a refund.

Nice safe location

I was in town for three days with a friend for a concert at AT&T stadium. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is in a good location with easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants. I did wish there was a full length mirror. There is only one mirror in the house, which is in the bathroom. With more than one female getting dressed, it can be a bit stressful. Other than that, all was good and I would stay again.

Concert weekend with no concert

We traveled from Houston and WV to attend a concert that got cancelled. I reached out to host and he was able to provide many suggestions for our family to pass the time in Dallas. A big shout out to host for being available to us during our visit. House is comfortable and we offered suggestions to host to make it more welcoming to future guests, some of which had been previously recommended in past comments. Hopefully the fact that multiple guest have made similar recommendations will be enough to make changes as we will be returning in March of 2024 for rescheduled concert.

Our stay in Arlington was…

This home is a small 2 bed/1 bath home located a few streets over from the ATT stadium. It is centrally located in Arlington, giving you relatively quick access to anywhere in the DFW area. Upon arriving, I noticed the home was very dirty- vents, baseboards, and the floors caked on with dust and dirt. We had to purchase a wet swiffer to clean the floors ourselves after the cleaner never showed up. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, one being rock hard and the other with a mattress protector that felt and sounded like you were sleeping on parchment paper. Aside from these indifferences, the home had everything we needed. Kitchen supplies, utensils, and even some spices to cook. The washer and dryer was useful as well since we stayed almost 2 weeks. The neighborhood was decent and as you would expect given the location of the home. Overall, the home was okay and was reflective of the price. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Not quite as I expected

Pros-host was easy to communicate with. Tried to solve our problem. Property is near many stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. CONS- 1st- you have to park in backyard. Entrance is an alley that is overgrown and narrow.Concrete pad we were to park on was too small for our truck. We had to park sideways so the tailgate didnt stick out in alley. No gate to close so I kept checking our truck to make sure noone tried to steal it. 2nd the home seemed clean at first but it wasnt. Found cereal in sofabed. Microwave and stove werent cleaned right. Pot holders were dirty and floor wasnt swept very well. 3rd it has the very basic furniture. Only a bed in bedrooms,no bedside table,had to put everthing on the floor. Only 1 small closet. There were 5 of us and there were 5 towels. Had to do laundry quite a bit. (Washer and dryer was a plus) There is a picture of a foosball table but the home had no foosball table. Only 1 pan to cook with and had no lid. Had to go buy dishsoap,handsoap and paper towels. If you book this home take everything you think you might need. There are no extras. Would I book again-No. Ps. On the 3rd night we heard something scratching loudly in the wall. Think theres a possum under the house. Friendly host but it was a letdown of our first vrbo stay!!

1) Communication from host was terrible unless it was him trying to communicate. 2) The photo of place are deceiving there is not a fuzzball table and microwave. 3) Bathroom smells like mildew and has mildew spot around shower also shower drains slowly so while your showering your standing in water. 4) T.v. remote batteries were dead. 5) stovetop fan is very loud. Etc. Not very happy with rental.

Honestly, it was okay. I would not say it was worth the money I paid. I was under the impression that there would be a foosball table in one of the rooms, but instead, it was not there, and it was turned into another bedroom. the house is very old and it definitely shows in the paint and the cracks and holes in the house i feel the owners should renovate it and also deep clean it and invest in some new furniture because when we went to pull out the couch bed it had crumbs in there, also nighttime bugs was getting in at night and there was a wasp nest on the side of the house but overall i would not stay here again it was not comfortable for us also the remote needed new batteries and the floor was very creaky so even if we tipped toed it would sound very loud and i expected the backyard to be fully fenced but the good thing was the host was very communicative and welcoming, it is in a great location surrounded by plenty of things to do.

Great location!!

Booked this VRBO for a stay with my fiancé and another couple to go to a game at Globe Life Field. It was in a great location so close to lots of great food and the stadium. The property was very clean and the host was quick to respond and so helpful. They even reached out during our stay to check on us and I cannot rave enough how great they were on working with us to retrieve a left behind item. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Economic Family Stay

We were in Texas to visit Dallas and Fort Worth. This was a clean and adequate home at a great price. If you were staying in the house for a longer time than just to sleep and get ready, you would probably want to stay somewhere else, but this was perfect for our needs and we were able to save money and spend it more on what we were doing g. Thank you for having us!
