Welcome to your spacious family retreat in the award-winning Ocean Lakes community! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach house is perfectly designed for large families or multiple families vacationing together, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. You're just a quick 3-minute golf cart ride away from the beach.

The bright, open-concept main floor features a welcoming living area with a large sectional sofa, a dining space, and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and white cabinetry. Step out onto the main floor deck to use the gas grill for an evening barbecue or simply relax in the sun.

This home uniquely offers two master suites, one on each level, providing privacy and comfort. The upstairs master suite also features a private balcony and a dedicated workspace with a desk and Keurig.

Bedroom & Bathroom Layout:
Main Floor Master Suite (Shell Room): King bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a deep soaker tub.

Upstairs Master Suite (Starfish Room): King bed, a separate twin bed, a full private bathroom, dedicated desk area, and access to a private balcony.

Upstairs Queen Bedroom (Coral Room): Queen bed and a Smart TV.

Upstairs Bunk Room (Whale Room): Two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4).

Flexible Sleeping: Two additional fold-up twin beds with memory foam are available.

LINENS- PLEASE ONLY remove the sheets, pillow cases and place all in the center of the beds including wash cloths, towels etc. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE COMFORTERS, MATCHING PILLOW CASES OR MATTRESS PADS.

We had a large group of our family stay at the Kiefer house and it was an absolute blast! The house was super cozy and had everything that we needed. The location on the resort was perfect because we were close enough to everything but still in a quieter area. Nathan was extremely responsive through the whole process and was always super nice. We would definitely stay at the Kiefer house again!

The property owner was very accessible. Our group had a couple bumps in the road during our stay, but the property owner handled the minor issues in a timely manner and prioritized our stay. My softball team travels to Myrtle Beach quite often and I would definitely consider staying here again. I would highly recommend staying at this site to all other travelers.

Amazing set up for all!

Great set up for our family. We had 6 adults and 6 kids from infant to 11. Nathan was fantastic to work with from the time I first contacted him with questions before booking up to the day we left. House is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Great deck. Oceanside worked to keep everyone entertained. We would highly recommend!

Great time for kids & adults.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for 2 families we never felt like we were on top of each other. So much to do and not enough time to do it all. The beach was clean lots of starfish, beautiful sunrise. When we got bored of hanging out on the beach we’d head to the water park. The adults would float around in the lazy River while the kids played on the slides. Great restaurants around the house, the outlet mall was about a 30 min drive, lots of putt putt places and even a go-cart track. Myrtle Beach Park had a couple of nice trails, you had to pay per person to get into the park but it did include walking on the pier. We got to see a couple of sharks of the pier, really cool! Your teens will have a blast cruising on the golf carts at night w the rest of the teens. It was like cruising the gut when I was a kid. Kids said this will be a vacation to always remember.

Awesome Vacation

Our experience was awesome from as soon as we booked the property. Nathan was such a pleasure to work with and so attentive. The house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. We were two families traveling together each with two kids. The house was perfect for all of us to feel together but still like we had our own space. It had everything we needed for a great trip from dishes to beach toys to golf carts and so much more! The campground has so much to do that you never have to leave if you don’t want to. If we return to Myrtle Beach we would not even consider staying anywhere else. Thank you Nathan for sharing your home with us!

Everything you need in one place

We love Ocean Lakes and this house just made the trip better. It had all the extra things you might forget to bring. They had beach chairs, toys. We had one rainy day but they had a small pool there for the kids to enjoy. The inside of this house was amazing. We had everything we needed in the one area and did need to go far for a great time.

Welcome to our Beach House! We have worked for years to buy our vacation homes that we could bring our family and friends to as well as enjoy with our 3 children. We love the area and the beach being so close to the home, we love Ocean Lakes in that you are just a short golf cart ride away from anything you could want to do. We hope that we can make your stay as enjoyable as we can and that you enjoy our home as much as we do. We have tried to set up our home with the feel that is cozy and beachy so you can focus on relaxing and spending time with your friends, family or families. WELCOME to our beach home!

Why they chose this property

We chose our location due to the proximity to the ocean and our specific home is located in an area that is more quite than some of the other homes in Ocean Lakes. The ocean is just a 3 minute golf cart ride away!

What makes this property unique

Most of the homes in ocean lakes only have 3 bathrooms or less and many do not have a bathroom besides the master on the main floor, outside of the awesome location our home has an additional half bath on the main floor for all guest to use! We own and manage our home so we provide quick responses and there is NO management company to deal with.
