Relaxing Gulf views from the balcony of this 2 Bed/2 Bath unit at Englewood Beach Place Condos. Located on the 2nd floor over parking, this fully & comfortably furnished south-facing unit gets lots of sunlight throughout most of the day. Sizeable and upgraded kitchen with plenty of counter space; includes pass-thru to the dining area, which doubles as a breakfast bar. The Master bedroom offers balcony access, a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, stacked washer/dryer and an attached master bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo as well. Free Wi-Fi is available. 2 beach chairs in the downstairs storage room.
There is a heated swimming pool, and of course, the wide-open sandy beach with plenty of shells to find. Several nice restaurants, gift shops, and a convenience store are located just up the road. Grocery stores and other shops are on the mainland, no more than a 10-minute drive.
