This home provides beautiful, comfortable and well equipped accommodation for up to 6 persons over two floors and is located in an established guarded/gated community with full resort facilities on site. It also has its very own private hot tub and private sunny patio/deck. The property is located within easy access to all the major park attractions and provides well appointed and contemporary accommodation with a large, comfortable family room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a master king bedroom and very generous twins bedroom located upstairs each with its own bathroom. All bathrooms are provided with complementary toiletries. There is a half bath located on the ground floor as well. A rear patio area boasts its own private hot tub facility, a propane grill/BBQ, and outside furniture to enjoy the fresh air and sunny Florida climate. The spacious accommodation can accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably by using the full size sleeper sofa located in the family room. On site facilitites include a beautiful pool and recreation area, gym, restaurants and bar facilities all in a secure gated environment and is located nearby restaurants and shops. Private parking is located to the front of the property. Free WiFi is also included. The property comes fully equipped with all utensils, linens and towels. A private washer/dryer is also provided in the home.

We truly loved our extended stay at this property. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, ease of check-in and prompt response from the property owner to any issues that arose. There are many restaurants, stores, attractions, etc. within close proximity. We also enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this resort and the lovely lake with sidewalks where we could walk our dogs every day. The private patio was also a very much appreciated amenity. This property had everything we needed for a comfortable 60 day stay.

We used to camp here

We've come to this location since the 70's when it was a campground. Nice location, condo was clean, communication with owner was good. Would recommend staying here.

Pros-Communication with owner is excellent. He is very responsive. Main bedroom mattress is comfortable. Excellent for our dogs. Front desk staff is very friendly. Pools are heated. Trash pickup was daily. Very quiet property. Screened veranda was very nice. Close to shopping, gas, restaurants. Cons-Property is very minimally supplied. Furniture is construction grade and not comfortable. No cleaning supplies provided. Kitchen pots and pans were few. grade

Great resort

Encantada Resort has a very nice pool area, club house, exercise room and sidewalks. The condo we rented had a great lanai area with a very nice hot tub. The condo itself is in need of some deep cleaning, painting and updating. The carpet up the stairway, hall and bedrooms is shamefully dirty with lots of stains, surface dirts and many worn areas. TV's are nice, furniture is worn, stained and had food under them (partially eaten bread sticks). Appliances were very nice and look relatively new. Kitchen is not adequately supplied with various necessities. We did send an email to the managing company requesting a skillet, measuring cups and measuring spoons. They were polite and promptly delivered these items a couple of hours later. The hot water tank didn't work on our 1st or 2nd morning. They were prompt to send out a plumber to fix it the next day. All in all we had a good stay. We really liked the resort property but felt the condo didn't provide the value at the price we paid.
