Beautiful and clean condo, great room layout. The kids bedroom has full size bunk beds with a trundle bed. All rooms have plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. Wonderful stay. Definitely recommend!

Excellent for family with small children!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Listing and pictures were accurate. Pool was beautiful. Lots of fun games for the kids, the whole property was clean, the storage room with bikes and beach supplies was a huge plus. Property was quiet and private. We felt very comfortable and safe here. We hope to stay again!

A wonderful location

We loved our week at the Stockton condo! The location was great, a very short walk to the beach and the pool was great to have for our toddler! Unfortunately, the unit upstairs was rather noisy with their walking but that is a risk you take with a first floor unit. I was very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this unit for another family to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo in Wildwood this past week. My family and I had an amazing time time making lasting memories down the shore. Thank you so much for everything you did to make it so welcoming for me and my family. Those little touches really made an impact (fun games, access to the necessities, welcoming environment and comfortable arrangements). Great place to stay for a beach vacation

Jodi and Mike were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions. Liked the idea that Jodi and Mike allows the use of their 3 bikes. Way easier than bringing down our own. We did bring down one bike and it easily fit in their storage closet. The condo is close to the beach. Think you actually walk on more sand getting to the water that the distance from the condo to the beach! There are a couple of odd things that I liked. The one that stands out is the set of 4 cups that are different colors. They came in handy as we had 4 people and every one had their own cup! Also liked the fact that the shower in the master bath was high. Don't know how many times that we stayed at places where the shower head was down near my nose (I'm tall). Also it was nice that they had plenty of silverware and dishes. We once stayed at a place that slept 6 and they only had silverware for exactly 6 people! We did have a little sticker shock with the cost of a stay. We actually found a place for next year just a few feet from here for $700 cheaper and it's a little earlier in the season. Jodi and Mike's place is a great place to stay but think they should think about lowering the cost a bit. Know it's complicated to price with all their costs. We met a couple of their neighbors and they were all nice. Seems like they have a nice community in their building. I always told my daughter that when you stay at someone's house you should try to leave it better than it was when you arrived. Have to admit that that was hard to do at Jodi and Mike's as their condo has nearly everything one could need for a week vacation stay and was in perfect condition when we arrived. I did manage to add a new battery to the clock in the master bedroom replacing the one that died so in that regard we are leaving the place better that it was when we arrived living up to what I've taught my daughter!

Pre Season Stay

Perfect place to stay for a pre season get away before the crowds arrive. The condo was clean, great location and plenty of space for 6-7 of us. Having bikes and beach chairs provided was an additional bonus and the outdoor storage area kept the condo nice and neat.

Beautiful and clean

My husband and I stayed for a week in this very comfortable and clean condo located on the first level. The owners had everything there to make it feel like home for us. Walk to beach was close- one block. You can see the ocean from the condo balcony. We found the condo location in Wildwood Crest very convenient when we visited Cape May, the Cape May Zoo, Cape May Winery, Cape May Brewing Company, Coho Brewery, plus restaurants like Mudhens, Boathouse, Poppi’s, and Little Italy. It’s also close to a playground, bike rentals and a nice long concrete walkway which leads to the main boardwalk in Wildwood.

Mike and Jodi Della Barba are the proud parents of Derek (26), Michael (16) and Isabelle (14). We have been spending our summers in the Wildwood crest since we met. We love spending time with our entire family and that is why we decided to purchase a shore home this year. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to spend as much time as we would like at the beach do to our kid’s busy sports schedules, but we look forward to the time we will be able to spend at Wildwood Crest.

Why they chose this property

This condo is perfect in so many ways, the location, amenities and the environment. The kids really love the heated pool and outside shower. With the beach only one block away they have no problem running back up to the house to use the restroom, grab a snack or something to drink. Our parents love that it has an elevator and with kids, coolers and strollers the elevator is a must. My kids love, love, love to fish and crab and in a short walk (3 blocks) to the pier they can fish and crab all day. My daughter loves bike rides and taking pictures of the sun setting. We leave our bikes at the location because it really is the perfect spot to ride the bike trails. I know it sounds like we have been in this house forever and its only because we have created so many wonderful memories in Wildwood Crest and we look forward to creating so many more. #heatedpool #washerdryer #elevator #oceanview #ocean #bay #sunsetlake #bikes #beautiful #location

This unit was featured on HGTV Beachfront Bargain Hunt in February 2020 and it offers the most desirable amenities. This end unit is 1,360 square feet making it the largest unit in the building. Fully stocked with puzzles, games, books and movies. No need to rent bikes when you rent from us because we give you access to our shed that includes 3 bikes, boogieboards, beach chairs umbrella and other beach toys. We are excited to be new homeowners and we hope your family creates wonderful memories at WC 101.
