Sleeps 1 to 18 people if rented in full. The House is comprised of 3 Units which can be rented in full or rented individually (6 People).
This property is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Walk out your front door and the lake in with in 50 feet for your enjoyment. Each apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a futon in the living room. There are many wineries you can visit and taste wine from our local vineyards. We offer a private beach where one can stroll and look for beach glass or just listen to the waves. The quaint town of North East offers unique shops and restaurants to spend your days relaxing. We have excellent fishing on the lake and in nearby streams. This includes Perch, Walleye, Bass, Trout and Steelhead fishing. North East Marina is close by as well as access to public stream fishing. Perfect space for a family getaway

My family stayed here to watch the eclipse and it was an incredible location, I really felt like I lucked out! We loved being on the lake, grilling on the deck, and playing in the grass out front. We had three households so it was perfect to each have our own unit but still be together.

Ideal Lake Erie Family Reunion Getaway

The best part about this property is that we could be together when we wanted to, and we could retreat to our own comfortable, clean apartments when we wanted our own space. The location on the lake is ideal for sunsets and kids skipping rocks in the water after being at the beach all day. We’ve stayed here before and plan to return next year.

Family vacation

My husband, grandson and I along with 3 of my siblings stayed in 3 apt rentals for a family reunion. It's a pretty location with picnic tables and two decks. There was enough space for eating together and playing games outside. We took morning walks in the quiet neighborhood. Good location for day trips to Presque Isle and Niagara Falls. We all enjoyed our stays.
