Very nice and very cozy apartment in. 1 Stock Located right in the second row on the beach. Familiar and very quiet apartment building in best and most popular residential area Tarifa's, 1 minute's walk from the beach, cafes and restaurants.
Large, east wind protected terrace with privacy. Spectacular sea views (from the living area and the adjoining terrace) up to 10 km from Punta Paloma Sand Dune.
1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed and integrated, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower. Access to the bathroom separately both the living room and the bedroom. Air conditioning with heating, Internet, towels and bed linen are naturally present. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
Handover done personally on the German owner who gladly available for any questions on the spot.
Car Hire from Málaga Airport or pick transfers can also be happy reserved.

Perfect view, especially to the right!

A wonderful stay in a lovely city. The only problem could be the very steep stairs up to the apartment for peoples whose feet are a little handicapt. But the view from the terace along the western beach is worth it every evening!!!

Perfect location and space. Very quick walk to the beach, 15 min. to ferry (Tangier) and old town.

The apartment was perfect for our family- two adults and two pre-teens to stay for two nights. I wish we would have had more time to visit and make use of our lovely terrace dining and lounging areas. Very pretty beach, beautiful old town area with great food (Oli made good recommendations). The hosts responded quickly to our messages and even came to pick us and our bags up when we situated ourselves on a part of the beach that was a 10 minute walk so we didn't have to carry bags and find our way solo. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer

Eine tolle Wohnung in bester Lage...nur ein paar Schritte zum schönen Strand und nicht weit in die Altstadt. Super Blick, super Viertel, völlig unkomplizierte Gastgeber...hätte schöner nicht sein können!

Tarifa apartment by the beach

The property is as described near the beach with a few bars nearby. The apartment would have had a lovely sea view at one time, however a fully grown tree blocks the view now, which is unfortunate, however, you still get a distance sea view and lovely sunsets.

Beautiful, clean apartment with great views!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Tarifa! We loved how clean it was, the location and all the amenities. We ate breakfast and enjoyed wine/cheese out on the patio while watching the sunset (great sunset view!). The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to downtown, we liked that it was in a quieter location, but still close to an active downtown. If you don't feel like going downtown there are still plenty of restaurants near the apartment. Thank you for a great stay!!

My wife thought it a 3 star rental. I give it a 4 but could see some people giving it a 5. It has a great location close to the beach. Some fun beach front restaurants nearby. The picture of the view from the terrace is accurate. The owners responded quickly to our inquiries and seemed like very nice people. That being said, I thought the unit smelled of fried fish though your nose does adjust to it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom to use after going to the toilet. They said that is a personal item which I should have brought with me. Also, there is no laundry soap for the clothes washer. Again, a personal item I should have brought with me. Every other place with a washer I have been provided laundry soap for at least a couple of loads. Also, there is no clothes drier and the washer is not a combo. A rack is provided on the terrace which would be fine on a hot day. Not so good on a cool day. The kitchen does not have a microwave. It is barely equipped. No condiments are provided. No salt, no olive oil. If you are prepared for the lack of these common items, it is a comfortable spot.

Hübsche Wohnung in 70m vom Strand

Wir waren 10 Tage Ende Oktober und es war wirklich schön in Tarifa. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Das einzige was man noch besser machen könnte (jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau) wäre beim Balkon die oberste Steinreihe durch eine Metallstange zu ersetzen. Dann könnte man vom Sofa aus direkt das Meer sehen. Das Internet ist Glasfaser und hat 50MB symmetrisch. Der Handyempfang war mit Vodafone und O2 mit 4G. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Sandstränge sind sehr lang und sauber. Wir waren dort um 5km entfernt organisierte Tagesritte zu unternehmen.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit herrlichen Blick auf das Meer

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Nina und Oli in Tarifa war von Anfang bis zum Ende perfekt. Wir wurden am Anfang sehr nett von Oli empfangen und dann zur Wohnung gelotst. Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand, aber dennoch gibt es einen traumhaften Blick vom großen Balkon auf das Meer. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für einen Aufenthalt zu Zweit. Sehr positiv ist, dass die Dusche im Badezimmer immer einen gut funktionierenden Wasserdruck hatte. Dieses ist in manchen Ferienwohnung in Spanien nicht so üblich. In wenigen Minuten war man direkt am Strand von Tarifa, wo es eine gute Gastronomie gab, die zum Verweilen eingeladen hat. Auf der Strandpromenade kann man dann gemütlich bis zum Hafen oder in die Stadt laufen, wo es tolle kleine Gassen mit urigen Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, durch unseren Vermieter Nina und Oli, an einem großartigen "Whale-Watching" teilzunehmen, wo es uns gelungen ist, neben Tümmlern und Grindwalen auch einen riesigen Pottwal in der Straße von Gibraltar zu bestaunen. Vielen Dank an Nina und Oli für dieses tolle Erlebnis. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Urlaub in einer absolut tollen Wohnung

Wir haben einen absolut tollen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung von Nina und Oli verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung (toller Blick auf das Meer von Tarifa vom wunderschönen Balkon) sowie deren Ausstattung (großräumig, absolut sauber, super Bad) verdienen definitiv die maximale Punktzahl. Wir sind zu zweit gereist und konnten im fussläufig errreichbaren Stadtzentrum von Tarifa schicke kleine Gassen und tolle Restaurants finden. Der Strand von Tarifa liegt direkt vor der Ferienwohnung max. 150 m entfernt. Dort sind dann auch nette kleine Bars und Bistros. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter Nina und Oli sind jederzeit hilfsbereit und absolut unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die Woche in Tarifa!

Wundervolle und moderne Wohnung am Strand

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, fast wie zu Hause! Alles dabei, was der deutsche Urlauber verlangt: WLAN und eine Geschirrspülmaschine!!! Eine Wohnung in Andalusien, die den Ansprüchen des deutschen Standards vollkommen entspricht!!! Und dazu eine tolle Lage, da man in 2 Minuten am Strand Los Lances ist!

Super Aufenthalt

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in der FeWo verbracht und uns von anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und so sauber das man vom Boden essen könnte ;) Die Terrasse ist schön und groß mit einer super Aussicht bis zur Sanddüne oder zum Sonnenuntergang schauen. Wir haben keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht, die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und auch von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Sie hat eine super Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt etwa 10 Minuten. Auch die Vermieter sind total sympathisch und haben uns die Anreise,Aufenthalt und Abreise ohne Komplikationen gewährleistet. Danke dafür! Wir werden jederzeit wieder diese FeWo wählen.

Wohlfühloase mit Meerblick

Diese Ferienwohnung war echt ein Glücksgriff! Die Wohnung mit Meerblick ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sie ist äußerst sauber und sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet (wie man auf den Fotos sehr gut erkennen kann). Der Fußweg zum Strand beträgt keine 2 Minuten. In gleicher Entfernung befinden sich auch mehrere nette Bars und Cafés. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt von Tarif dauert (auf der Strandpromenade) ca. 25 Minuten, der direkte Weg ist kürzer (aber sicher nicht sooo schön!). Nina und Oli sind zwei ganz liebenswürdige Vermieter, die auch noch jede Menge guter Insider-Tipps für uns hatten. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Schade, dass wir nur vier Tage da waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Definitiv eine der besten Adressen in Tarifa!!!

Das Bijou einer Wohnung in Tarifa

Bereits zum dritten Mal verbrachte ich einige Tage in 'meiner' FeWo und war wie immer begeistert. Die gepflegte Wohnung bietet allen Komfort und hat einen tollen Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Der Strand mit Strandweg zum Flanieren und verlockenden Bars und Cafés ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die belebte Altstadt von Tarifa ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, die Gegend um die Wohnung herum ist aber erholsam ruhig in der Nacht. Froh war ich dieses Mal um die Heizung. Es war immer kuschelig warm auch bei zeitweilig kühlen Aussentemparaturen. Dank auch an Nina und Olli für die jederzeit super Betreuung, ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung angetroffen, welche in allem der Beschreibung entsprochen hat. Die seltenen Geräusche der Nachbarn sind im Rahmen und stören kaum. Wir danken der Stiftung firmm für die Vermittlung dieser Wohnung und den unkomplizierten Ablauf.

super Zeit in der Surferhochburg Tarifa

Sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Bilder entsprechen dem wirklichen Zustand. Nina und Olli haben extra noch einen Hochstuhl für unseren Junior besorgt und haben uns persönlich (trotz Verspätung des Fliegers) abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht. Dann haben wir total vergessen die Kaution zu hinterlegen, was kein Problem war. Da die Wohnung in einem Haus mit anderen Wohnung ist, hatten wir manchmal ein paar Geräusche von den Nachbarn, was aber in Summe gepasst hat. Würden jederzeit wieder zu Euch kommen. Besonders das kleine Caffe direkt gegenüber war sehr schön (und praktisch). Schnelle und zuverlässiger email Kontakt jederzeit - so wünscht man sich das. Super und danke für die gute Zeit.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit allem Komfort

Wundervolle Wohnung mit allem Komfort, den ein deutscher Tourist sich in Spanien wünscht und nur selten findet!!! Es gibt alles: Internet, Meerblick, Strandnähe und die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet! Schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine, schönes Bad mit toller Dusche, vernünftige Bettdecken und nicht nur Laken wie so oft in Spanien üblich! Die Besitzer haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben! Wir kommen wieder:)!!!
