*** Strict 5 night minimum, no exceptions*** This two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the tenth floor of our Tower Building. The condo has all new hurricane strength windows. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the blue azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV Service for your entertainment. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV, the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 39" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished enclosed patio has sliding windows, which allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

The condo was ok, did not include some of the basic items it said were included like “coffee starter” and soap in the bathrooms. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was rocking back and fourth when being used and some of the lights didn’t work. Other than that we will probably stay again because location and price were great.

This units still had a couple windows boarded up from the previous hurricane, but it did not bother us at all! Beds and living room furniture were comfy. Unit had coolers, beach umbrellas and some beach toys! Kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. Unit is tastefully decorated and did not disappoint. Would for sure book this unit again!

Reviewer Comments: This unit is attractive, clean, and with great views.One window was covered in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom (due to prior year's hurricane damage), but both rooms had other windows so it was fine. The complex grounds were lovely. We appreciated the covered parking, gorgeous beach views from 2 sides of the unit, little extras like clothes hangers, clear jewelry boxes on the dressers, bathroom shelves, comfortable beds & pillows, good space for 4 people, and the slide-open window in the living room. While the kitchen had most items to cook, could have used more plates. I wish they provided enough dishwasher tabs for the week and some washing machine detergent. There were also no paper towels. I feel those small things should be provided, but the unit info is clear on this. The reception staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

We were somewhat taken aback at the status of the furniture in Room 103, we also had Room 113. I cannot believe that you would allow couches that disgusting to still be utilized. Everything else was as we have always loved your location and property. All of your employees were fantastic. Look at the picture of the couches and then actually look at them in the unit. Unacceptable at best.I say below we would recommend and have sent dozens of friends and family to the Palm Bay CLub over the Years...however if we believe that the situation with the furniture in 103 is acceptable to Palm Bay Club Management it may change our thought process-please advise us on your thoughts.

So we decided to book in The Towers and this unit was available as a corner "oceanfront" with amazing views that you could just sit and watch the ocean and sunsets!!! When we booked the unit, the pics are as shown but when we arrived the "loveseat" was in such worn conditions, I had to throw a blanket over it for our grandbabies to sit on. I know when I booked this unit, it was being sold and was bought before we arrived. I, as an owner, keep up to the required standards and above for all our guests of PBC, and would have thought when someone purchased this unit, they would have bought new loveseat. It was alittle deceiving from what the "selling" pictures shown and what was in the unit.Overall, it was well stocked and a unit that would be great to rent again if we need, if loveseat is replaced. I'm sharing this so that other renters are not disappointed like we were in that this was not replaced.PBC keeps a high standard and hopefully this new owner will do the same. Its a fantastic unit w its "sunset oceanfront location". We appreciate all PBC staff from the office, to service people, to Manager who is walking the property smiling with guests, to the maintenance and security staff.

Palm Bay 7 week stay Jan and Feb 2023

The dryer in our unit was broken and did not get fixed until our last day of our 7 week stay. The internet went out twice. The condo was sold half way thru our rental. The price went up for 2024 by 50%. We will not be back next year as that price is way too steep for a condo with ripped furniture minimal supplies and horrible beds. We are trying another resort next Jan and Feb. thanks.

First Vaca with Siblings and their Spouses

Reviewer Comments: Have only been in Siesta Keys one other time and it was at the PBC with a gulf view condo so we just had to share the experience with my sisters and their husband's. Somehow it worked out with our crazy schedule request. Just like last time it was amazing. The few minor negatives were certainly over looked by not just our condo but the staff and their great services from the moment we arrived. Charles took care of us from the moment we pulled into the drive. The waiting for an elevator ( since only one was running) and the AC issues the night before we left and morning of our departure were our only real issues but over all a 4.5 stars and desire to get back there asap for sure.Thank you all for a great stay!! With that said, the units overall condition could stand some updating. The couch was in less than desirable condition, bathroom vanities and bedroom furniture were a bit old themselves. Kitchen was nice, but not well appointed if you want to cook meals in. The windows are extremely loud from wind if you get a breeze that is of any strength. The building itself had some issues with working elevators. The fact my wife and daughter had to carry their bags down 10 floors on day of check out, did not leave a good impression. (Of course it happened after I had already left the property.)Again, the view is superb and if the unit were rehabbed a bit with updated furniture it would definitely be worth a stay again.

We are coming back to the Palm Bay Club next but will NOT be returning to 103. Instead we are going to a unit that has been remodeled and comparable to the rate paid. While the view from 103 was amazing the furnishings were very shabby and in some cases not working. The sofa pictured above on the right is amazing worn, the refrigerator froze the food, the pulls on the master bedroom furniture were missing and the windows allowed so much air to enter that it sounded like a wind tunnel. Bottom line, is that the fees paid did not result in comparable value.
