The apartment was completely modernized and newly furnished. For this purpose, many new furniture and kitchen appliances were purchased. A private parking space belongs to your apartment.

The design and furnishing of our holiday apartments are very important to us. We keep the apartments in good condition and regularly replace items. We enjoy staying in holiday apartments ourselves and like to feel at home. For you as a guest, this means that all the little practical touches are provided, ensuring you have everything you need and can fully enjoy your stay.

Modern and nicely decorated apartment (Non smoking) in the countryside, 45 sqm, quiet yet central location, separate entrance with private furnished sun terrace in the Mediterranean garden, 5 minutes walk to the center, light rail and the Rhine island with boat docks. 2 minute walk to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and banks.

Spacious and bright kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher, living room with sofa bed (sofa bed), wing chair, coffee table and 2 single beds (which can be put together as a double bed), LED HD flat screen TV (32 inches) with Wi-Fi mode, satellite TV , Playstation 4, Radio, CD Player, Telephone, Wi-Fi for free. Bathroom with window, bathtub, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer. Towels and linen included. Ironing board and iron available. Our own sun terrace with wooden garden furniture with parasol. Seat cushions are available. Cyclists welcome, pets on request.

We have reserved for you a free parking space.

We rent e-bikes (pedelecs) to guests.

For stays of one week, you will get two e-bikes (pedelecs) for a day.

In the house are bookable until 2 bedroom for a stay of more than 2 people. This allows the apartment with 4 people use.

Der Vermieter, Herr Sand, war nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Portal. In direkter Nachbarschaft konnte man in einem Netto einkaufen und auch diverse Möglichkeiten für die Verpflegung sind im nahen Umfeld vorhanden. Besonders dar Türkische Imbiss Devran (eher ein Restaurant) ist hier zu erwähnen. Bis zum Marktplatz und der Hauptstraße mit weiteren Restaurants geht man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das Parken hinter dem Haus ist einfach und durch den abschließbaren Parkplatz zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet. Zugang zum Haus dann durch den wirklich schönen Garten. Alles in allem eine schöne Location. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Nieuwjaar in Duitsland

Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, maar er waren enkele zaken die niet duidelijk waren op de foto's. Zo stonden de bedden in de woonkamer, wat niet ideaal is voor de luchtkwaliteit. Hierdoor sliepen we in dezelfde ruimte, wat elke ochtend resulteerde in condens op de ramen en vensterbank. Dit betekende dat we elke ochtend weer moesten schoonmaken en drogen.Daarnaast willen we de hondenbezitters graag attenderen op het gebruik van de tuin. Het is belangrijk te weten dat de tuin uitsluitend bedoeld is voor de honden van de eigenaars. Ook al heb je direct toegang tot de tuin vanuit het appartement, je dient je hond zo snel mogelijk naar de straat te begeleiden voor zijn behoeften. Wij zorgen er altijd voor dat we alles netjes achterlaten, Spijtig genoeg was bovenstaande absoluut niet duidelijk uit de advertentie op jullie site zodat niemand er last van heeft.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Ferienwohnung Palmengarten

Ruhige, gepflegte Ferienwohnung im Tiefparterre, daher leider wenig Tageslicht in der Wohnung. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen wäre die kleine Terasse gut nutzbar gewesen. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief überaus freundlich und angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütlicher Rückzugsort

Die gut und mit netten Details eingerichtete Wohnung vor dem liebevoll gepflegten Garten- der Olivenbaum ist der Hit- bietet ein gemütliches Zuhause auf Zeit. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar, Rheinpromenade und Innenstädtchen sind nah- ein idealer Ausgangsort für schöne Ausflüge ins Rheinland!

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung "Palmengarten". Toller Blick in den wunderschönen Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben uns gut eingelebt und die wunderschöne Umgebung genossen. Dabei hilft die ideale Ruhe Lage der Wohnung zwischen Rhein und Innenstadt. Einkäufe bei Netto um die Ecke (2 Minuten) sind ideal. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Eigener Privatparkplatz. Können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Als Familie haben wir beide Ferienwohnungen gemietet. Die schöne Ferienwohnung haben wir wieder genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie immer komfortabel und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt sind schöne neue Bilder, ein neues Sofa und eine Markise für unsere eigene Terrasse angeschafft wurde. Ansprechende Ferienwohnung in Top Lage

Zum zweiten Mal machten wir Urlaub in der schönen Ferienwohnung Palmengarten. Der Name ist Programm. Im Winter haben wir den Blick auf grüne Palmen gehabt. In der geschmackvoll und durchdachten Ferienwohnung können Gäste sich nur wohlfühlen. Das zeigen auch die vielen guten Bewertungen.
