Panoramic Views of the Expansive Atlantic Ocean and the Serene Intracoastal Waterway await your arrival! Enjoy the view from almost every room in the condo! Fully equipped with all of the comforts of home! Just bring your clothes and you groceries! Primary Suite is oceanfront with sliders to the balcony. King size bed, Jacuzzi Tub, and large walk in closet. Jr. Suite also has King bed and private bath. Third Bedroom has 2 Full beds, perfect for kids or adults with another Bathroom located across the hall. Each room has flat screen televisions and Free Wi Fi and laundry room in the unit.
The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and community grill.

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July! Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

First time staying in 902 Sanibel, we absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect for an amazing family vacation. First time that we had to get our packet for check in, but it was a breeze and just a short drive past the condo. Everything was just like the pictures, very clean.. Highly recommend. We have already booked this condo for next year.

Indifference

Cons: When you book this property you are told that you have 2 parking spots but that is not true. You have 1 spot in the parking garage and the other parking is first come first serve and there are not enough spots for everyone to have a second vehicle. Walking into the condo everything seems ok then you start looking closer and the carpeting looked dingy and nobody vacuumed after last tenants. There was a dirty cup left on one of the bedrooms dresser. The refrigerator had something spilled on every shelf that we had to clean before putting our own groceries in there. In den’s couch we found a pair of dirty underwear wedged in between cushions. We were told the cleaning staff was short handed but everyone pays a hearty cleaning fee and I expect a clean environment especially due to COVID. Lastly, we couldn’t get the AC lower than 75 degrees in the condo while we were staying there and it was way to hot to even cover up at night. Pros: On a positive note, the views from the condo were amazing. You have a beach front location and a city view from the side. It was a family friendly location. Rooms are modern and up to date. The master bath has an amazing jet tube and awesome oversized stand up shower. There was nice beach equipment for you to uses while staying there.

Fantastic stay

This condo is just like the listing shows. It’s very spacious and very clean. The view is amazing from the 9th floor. We weren’t lacking for anything- the washer and dryer worked really well, the master has the most comfortable bed ever. The guy that cleans up the property all week is super friendly and very helpful! The beach access is very convenient and easy. There are 2 electric grills on property that make grilling easy! The pool deck has a ton of lounge chairs so we never had to wait on one, the hot tub was nice as well. Parking is kinda tight if you have more than one vehicle as your second car is first come first serve but here is free beach access Parking down the road about .5 miles! Lots of blankets and pillows. Also has lot of beach towels, toys, and other items you’ll need! We will be back!!
