This bedroom offers a plush king size bed with a flat screen TV. The bunk room has a set of full over full beds. Both bedrooms share the full size bathroom in the hall. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- Will ONLY allow pets for Winter Texans. Pet fees are an additional $100.00+tax, per pet, per month. Only one pet weighing a maximum of 20 lbs is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
