Located in North Palm Springs only two-and-a-half miles from downtown Palm Springs, and about five miles from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and the Palm Springs International Airport, getting around will be a breeze. Head into downtown and you will find a wide array of shops and delicious restaurants such as Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). Not to mention, hiking trails and outdoor fun can be had in Mount San Jacinto State Park or Joshua Treet National Park!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 79 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
