In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, plus a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
This new 56 m² apartment on the 1st floor offers magnificent views of the ocean and the Ile de Ré, and can accommodate 6 people.
It features a 23 m² living room with a sitting area, a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a walk-in closet, and a second bedroom with two 80 cm single beds (which can be pushed together) and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a storage room. The living room features a large bay window opening onto a spacious 15m² balcony with a sofa. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor spaces are available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
Additional services are available upon request and subject to availability: bed and linen rental, Wi-Fi router rental (€40 per week), and end-of-stay cleaning (€90).

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
