Ocotillo Springs Resort includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home is a resort unto itself. It features a private swimming pool and hot tub, and one of the best locations in the development. You will love the unequaled resort pool with a zero entry shallow end for kids, and the unique splash pad. There is a fun clubhouse with game tables and poolside sitting area.



For groups over 25 people, you can also rent the connecting 5 bed/6 bath home #64 to accommodate up to 48 total guests. This home also has the same private pool and hot tub with fire pit setup and layout. It's a one-of-a-kind lodging option for family reunions, team retreats, sporting events in St. George, and more.

Great place for our family vacation

We loved this place. It was very nice and clean. Had a fun private pool/hot tub and a fire pit we roasted s”mores in. The kitchen area was large and great for our family and the rooms/bathrroms were spacious. The MB was lovely with a big sliding door right out to the pool. We loved the area. Beautiful views and no home was behind us so it felt more private. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

Very close to Snow Canyon. Just ten minutes from restaurants and markets. The house is new and spacious and the pool was great for the kids and is well heated.

Every bed (all “26 places to sleep” ) were terrible. It was an uncomfortable , cheap quality rental for everyone involved where no one could rest and relax. If we were lucky to fall asleep, with cheap, uncomfortable bouncy “mattresses” , daylight kept us awake due to cheap thin “window shades” which did not block the sun. We purchased eye masks at Target in an attempt to “rest.”The bed/towel linens are of the worst cheapest quality possible. Beyond Motel 6.The rental has a dingy, dirty feel with damaged furniture and dirt in every corner. Be aware to let the hot water in the main floor bedroom run for at least 8 minutes before using , it took forever to heat up.We are extremely seasoned travelers from everywhere and are acceptable of limited accommodations. Please stay away from this rental.

Family vacation

We loved this home and the surrounding area. The pool off the back door with the fire pit and hot tub were amazing. we all enjoyed them and the kids also loved the pool and hot tub with the community of homes there. We loved the pickle ball courts and the ping pong table and basketball game that was in the garage. the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large family with active children

Excellent Getaway!

My husband and I came with our adult children and their significant others. We were able to go to Buckskin Gulch one day, Zion the next and then Sand Hollow the next day. Each night was so amazing to relax in such a comfortable and inviting VRBO. The pool and hot tub were perfect after our adventures! I definitely would recommend this VRBO! Spacious, clean and all the amenities you could ask for!

Neglected property

Exterior patio furniture was terrible and broken. Not one screen door worked. Flies or critters could enter. Pots and pans were so badly damage the Teflon was coming off. The beds were very uncomfortable in 4 of the rooms , this from all our guest we had staying with us. The upstairs coach very dirty. Too many stains. Would not sit on it. Rug in master stains, dirty. The pool was the only bright spot and that still didn’t have the water fall working on it either.

Property Issues!

We had numerous issues with this listing. It took 5 phone calls, both that day and the next morning, and Jade to get most of them resolved, which was unfortunate since we only had another day left. I'm hoping the issues have been fixed before the property is rented out again. First the front door wouldn't open so we had to call and they reprogrammed the door. It took 15-20 minutes to get into the house because of this. The instructions in the folder mentioned a tablet needed to use the pool cover and the spa. We looked everywhere for it and could never find it. Another call was made and we were told how to open the pool cover. The hot tub was cold and the jets would not turn on so another call was made. We were told someone would call us back. No return call came in. Bedtime came and we discovered the sofa beds were broken and there were no sheets for those beds. The sheets that were on the other beds were rough and worn. One of the bunks had sand in the sheets. We found garbage outside near the pool, and items on the carpets along with stains. We had to call twice again on Saturday morning before we finally got a response from Jade and she addressed our issues. We wanted to have pancakes on Sunday, but couldn't find a griddle so we had to purchase one. Overall, we did not allow the lack of amenities to ruin our vacation, but it was upsetting that we paid a lot of money for less than 48 hours of rental and we spent a good amount of that time trying to find items we needed

The private pool is awesome and keeps kids occupied while the adults can chat. The house his large with lots of rooms so everyone can spread out.We had one question about the pool equipment and the property management company was very responsive--even on a Saturday night.The club area (in the center of the facility) is awesome as well. There's a larger pool with a water slide and a monster hot tub for 15-20 people.
