This charming apartment is located in the heart of the village of Saint Martin de Ré in its most popular district, about 30 m from the port, less than 50 m from the market and 400 m from the beach. The apartment, located on the 1st floor of a townhouse, is itself made up of two levels. On the 1st level, you will find: A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, multi-function oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) A lounge area made up of armchairs, a flat screen and unlimited Internet access A terrace for outdoor dining and a second landscaped terrace for quiet relaxation. A master bedroom with 140cm bed, Italian shower and basin a toilet On the 2nd level, there is a large bedroom with a 180cm bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a bathroom with double sink and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. You will have unlimited and secure wifi access for the duration of your stay.
