In the open country, on outskirts of village of THURINS, gite located upstairs, in part of building also including a 2nd gite on the ground floor. Both are facing another dwelling. Owner's home is set at the back of the house. 1st floor: large living room with lovely views of the Lyonnais countryside (West of Lyon), kitchen area. 2 large bedrooms (double bed + single bed) (attic bedroom suitable for children with 2 single beds), shower room (shower, dual washbasin), WC. Private interior courtyard (45 sq.m.), garden furniture, sunshade, deckchairs, parking. Shared and shady grassy area with fruit trees & picnic table. Extra charge for Internet access: 5€/week. The 2 gites can be booked jointly for family gathering (10 people).
