Whether traveling through Amarillo or wanting (or needing!) to spend a bit of time in the Texas Panhandle, this Amarillo townhouse is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The spacious, well-appointed townhome is in a very convenient location because it offers easy access from the two major highways in Amarillo, I-40 and I-27. It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house.
The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and hand-sanitizing products will be awaiting your arrival.
The Smart TV has Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu.
The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in a quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit(we do not provide wood), fun games, and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing.
The driveway has a basketball net and space to play.
We are a few blocks away from the Walmart neighborhood.
This property is for transient temporary stays only, and guests may not establish residency at any time.

- Keep pets off of all furniture, including beds
- Guests are responsible for pet hair and waste cleanup.

Family Weekend Stay

We had a great stay! We went to spend time with our colleges kiddo for family weekend at WT. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great homey feeling. Checking in and out was super easy and the location is in a great area.

Clean and well stocked for cooking! This cute little townhouse was great for the five of us (3 adults and 2 teen boys). Only a 25 minute drive to Palo Duro, groceries just a half mile away. Great!

Canyon to Amarillo

Well suited to two couples. Stairs narrow and shallow so could be a problem to those with mobility problems. Lots of security. One car garage and lots of parking. Closets but no clothes dressers. Convenient to grocery.

Much better option than a hotel any day!

House was clean (although floors on first level could use a thorough mopping) with pleasant decor. Very cozy. Nice neighborhood. House was nicely stocked with anything you'd need away from home. Mattresses were very comfortable. Our host, Elisia, was wonderful!

Home away from home

This was the nicest, most well put together rental i have ever stayed in! The space is inviting and modern in kitchen and bathrooms etc, and literally every attention to detail was thought of. From que tips to makeup remover pads in the bathroom to cereal and a smores kit for the fire in the kitchen, to name just a few things to make staying absolutely perfect! You will have a new standard for vacatiining after this place!

Amarillo Home

This home is definitely a top contender for your visit to Amarillo. You will feel the care and detail the owner has taken to make guests comfortable. The home was very clean, kitchen fully outfitted, bathrooms had everything including toothbrushes. You can even park your car in the garage! The only “con” for us was the lack of a tub grab bar in the 1st floor bathroom for the safety of our elderly relative.

Perfect size for our group

The property was just as described and fit what we were looking for. There were only 2 minor issues. First, we were standing at the front door of the property past the check on time and had not received the entry code. It took a phone call to the property owner to get the code. Second, the listing shows that cable/satellite TV is included and it is not. Both issues were quickly resolved by the owner. Otherwise we were completely satisfied with the unit.
