About this property

Top Floor! Newly renovated and decorated 2 bedrooms loft in the Rockies Complex! The 2 level floor plan has just the right amount of space. The Master bedroom on the main level and has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom upstairs features a bunk bed with Full beds as well as a full bathroom. The loft has a sofa and tv for relaxing. Relax after a day of skiing or hiking by the gas fireplace or sip on a drink on the private deck!

The eat in bar seats 2 and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook all your favorite meals. The living room has a gas burning fireplace. Ski lockers, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, sand volleyball court, clubhouse with ping pong table and rec area are just a few of the amenities at the complex.

The property is located about a 10 minute walk to the ski area or take the free Steamboat transit bus that picks up steps away from the complex.

This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. This complex does not have an elevator.

Please note the top bunk has a weight capacity of 300lbs and the bottom bunk has a weight capacity of 450lbs.

Cute and Convenient

The place was cute and clean and worked out really great for me and my two teenage daughters. We stayed for three nights. Location is great, definitely walkable to the gondolas in about 10 mins and there is a free shuttle every 20 minutes during ski resort hours. We never used the after hours shuttle but there is one available. The unit has some books and games that came in handy for us as well. The only recommendations I would make is for property management to have a "one-pager" inside the unit with info. about the shuttle and location of some details like dumpster, how to turn on fireplace, but we figured it out, it just took us some extra time that could have been saved. Kitchen is pretty well equipped although we couldn't get the can-opener to work, we were able to knock and borrow one from another nearby unit. Lots of stairs to get up and down, but if you are able-bodied it is not a problem. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy unique colorful retreat

Cozy, quiet, and colorful artsy condo perfect for a ski getaway retreat. Clean, well-stocked, modern two-story top floor unit with a funky vibe decor. Our family of three loved the location close to ski area and easy access to city bus or condo shuttles. Full of light and great views, we enjoyed the warmth, hot tubs, and fireplace at the end of a day.
