Set on a beautiful family estate, come discover our tastefully renovated home, nestled in the countryside yet ideally located on the Guérande Peninsula. You can enjoy numerous beaches just 10 km away, as well as immerse yourself in the Grande Brière Marshes with their many canals and magnificent thatched-roof cottages. Guérande and its salt marshes are 10 minutes away, La Baule is 15 minutes away, La Roche-Bernard is 15 minutes away, and Le Croisic is 25 minutes away.

The Accommodation
Welcome to the “Les Mésanges de Kernay” holiday rental.
The cottage consists of:
- on the ground floor: * a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, large American-style refrigerator with ice maker and freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hob…)
as well as a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
* a dining area with a large dining table for 20 guests
* a living room with 3 large sofas and a large HD TV
* a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with a double bed and its own wheelchair-accessible bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet)
* a bedroom with a double bed.
* a bathroom with a shower and a double-sink vanity.
* a separate toilet.

- Upstairs: * Bedroom 3 with 3 single beds and a cot, with its own private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet)
* Bedroom 4 with a double bed and its own private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet)
* Bedroom 5 with one double bed and its private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) and a desk
* A dormitory with three bunk beds (sleeps 6) and one single bed. Children’s games are available.
* A separate bathroom.
* A relaxation area with books and board games available.

- Outside, a large enclosed garden featuring:
* A large heated indoor pool. Lounge area and lounge chairs.
* A dining area with 2 large tables, a barbecue, and umbrellas.
* A pétanque court.

The property is accessible to guests with limited mobility.

Linens are provided: tea towels, terry towels, bath towels, and bed linens (beds made upon your arrival).

The pool is heated from early April through late October. Outside of this period, the pool can be heated for a minimum one-week rental with an additional fee.

Enclosed parking on the property for several cars.

A cleaning deposit of €250 for rentals of one week or longer and €200 per weekend will be required and cashed if the property is not cleaned or is only minimally cleaned.

A security deposit check for €1,500 will be required upon arrival.
