Air conditioned villa for 4 people, situated at Port Venus Village, ground floor. Living room with sofa-bed. Kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tv... Bedroom with 140cm bed. Bathroom. Separate WC. Terrace. Parking n°V24. Residence with swimming pool.
Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival,1.44 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
