Upgraded throughout, there is tile and laminate wood throughout the condo. In the master bedroom, you will find a king bed, with your own private bathroom. There is a walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided for your stay.

In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen bed. This guest bedroom also has its own private bathroom. All furniture is new and clean! Both bedrooms have a gorgeous west view, you will be able to enjoy the famous Siesta Key sunsets!

The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, has ambiance lighting for a romantic dinner. This unit has everything you need including pots and pans, plates, cups, and silverware. Stainless steel appliances: microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The living room has new modern furniture. Flat-screen TV - free cable included. Wifi is also included.
This condo has a screened-in lanai, there is seating in the lanai so you can enjoy the view.

Beautiful Condo, in a perfect location !

Wow, where to begin... this condo is just perfect! It was just me and my girlfriend. The property is in a stellar location, cozy, spacious, and modern. The sunset views.. incredible ! We hope to be back soon ! The property manager is super helpful and responsive. THANK YOU for such a fantastic stay.

Great condo, great view

Tastefully renovated and furnished unit with a well equipped modernized kitchen. Great views of the gulf and sunsets from the unit. Rosa, the rental agent, was always available and helpful. Access to the beach is a 10 minute walk along Midnight Pass. There is no access from the one story buildings across the street.

Great place and stay.

The condo was just as described. Furnished nicely, fully stocked kitchen, loved the enclosed balcony. It does face the main road, Midnight Pass, so it can be noisy but it didn’t bother us. Condo complex well maintained, safe and secure area. Staff on site which was helpful, very friendly as well. The beach was a 15-20 minute walk. When going to the beach my husband would get up early and drive the jeep with all our stuff in it to the parking area - this ensured we got a parking spot and avoided having to haul all our stuff. He walked back, and we walked to the beach later in the morning. Beach parking can be a real issue after 10:00 a.m. Overall, loved our stay, we stayed the month of March 2022. Would definitely recommend, and will go back.
