The residence is above the Le Chatelet shopping arcade and there is a bus stop just 100m away. Surface area : about 32 m². 4th floor. Orientation : South. Hall with 2 bunk beds (80*190). Living room with 2 pull-out beds (80*190). Bedroom with double bed (140*190). Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine (filtre), oven, toaster, dishwasher, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge.
